I have been coming here for years at this location at least several times a week maybe three or four times my job is next to the diner so it’s a quick grab to eat. Food is always good and I’ve always had great customer service except for this one time. This is why I’m posting the review. I believe she’s a manager very rude not friendly at all has an attitude when you ask her Napkins or anything. ! Name on my receipt is PM D she was very nasty and rude I have never had anyone treat me like that In that establishment, everyone there is friendly except for this individual

I love this Silver Diner, but I had a challenging experience this time. I actually had to send my food back because it was cold. The server got our order wrong, but we caught it before she brought it out. A strawberry sundae was ordered and she told us our shake was being made. That allowed us to correct it beforehand. There was also something floating in the glass of tea. When pointed out, the server never brought out a fresh one. I just hope this isn't a sign of what's to come. I will definitely chart that up to server err and go back again.

Terrible customer service. This happened TWICE! I work at a lab where we have breakfast catered and needed for an 8 AM breakfast. The first time, I called the week prior to place my pickup order because EZcater’s website doesn’t allow pickup before 8:30. I called the week before and asked if we can still place the order and pick it up at 7:30 AM. The employee put me on hold to check with their manager. The manager ok’d it and said they had it down. The morning of the event, I go to the location and they don’t have the order. They tried to say I probably ordered at another location until I showed them the call log. The general manager was who I spoke to when I was trying to pick it up. Then she apologized and that they’d make the order right then and there. I understood at the time because mistakes happen. However, this morning, was the SECOND time this has happened. Mind you I called SEP 29th and spoke to and placed the order with a MANAGER and he confirmed it! Guess what happens when I go pick it up this morning? THEY DONT HAVE ANY RECORD OF THE ORDER! Unfortunately, as much as my job likes SD, we will be taking our catering elsewhere. Orders were confirmed. Having it happen once is a mistake, but twice is crazy. Especially when a manager took the second order directly from me.

Joint was jumping, it was a sunny Sunday address. We waited bout 20 minutes. Food served fast, hot, & delicious. My well done burger, was cooked to perfection. Coffee good but too expensive. Wonderful time👍🏽
