I’m reaching out regarding a disappointing experience I recently had at your Greenbelt store. Unfortunately, the quality of service and overall experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Subway.
I took my daughter to lunch, and the staff never acknowledged that we were standing there. Two employees were arguing, and Elena and another employee were having a conversation in Spanish, completely ignoring us as we waited. Additionally, they were not wearing gloves and seemed unprepared to work. When I asked for a manager, I was told that the manager is only onsite Wednesday mornings and that there was no supervisor in the store at the time.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially as a loyal customer of Subway. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and management at this location. Please let me know if you need further details.

They touch everything and then touch your food. It’s very uncleanly but the store looks clean. They need to do better with switching gloves out before touching your food.

Walking into the door there is this middle eastern looking lady taking my food and she puts barely anything on my sandwich Every subway that I went to, except for this one have given me a lot of toppings and have felt my sandwich up to the bread, but this subway barely even gave me anything. The cookies were hard, and there were flies.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Unclean with the owner (or an employee who was middle-aged and wearing a hijab) not using gloves and wiping her nose and stuffing my sub in bag all the while on her earbuds talking. Nasty at all levels. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm not one to stir things up, but I almost caused a scene. Held back for the sake of other customers. That was a mistake. She needs to be called out or fired.

The woman that made my sandwich was a looked to be of some sort of Middle Eastern, middle aged (possibly mid 40’s) woman and she wore a black hijab and had a slightly short stature. I greeted HER and she ignored it with a cold stare. As she made my sandwich she proceeded to give me 3 jalapeño peppers, literally 3; so I asked politely if I could have a few more. Next she added my onions and literally threw them on the sandwich as if she was mad at this point. Then she gave me 3 bananas peppers again and 2 tiny tomatoes that didn’t even cover my sandwich, so again I had to ask for more. At this point, I was soo tempted to just leave bc it was obvious she had a problem, that I did not cause but I was pushed for time. Lastly she added soo much mayo & mustard to the point that it was an entire mess all over the paper when I sat down to eat my food. I know she did it on purpose. My vegetables were literally “hot” as if the cooler that they’re in was not working and my sandwich was disgusting and soo sloppy from her crushing it close w/o using the knife. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I’m still leaving this review. The restaurant was hot as if the air didn’t work but my gosh, how is that an excuse to treat someone so rude & cold. Why even come to work if you’re that angry. I work with customers and I’ve never treated anyone this way, not even on a bad day. I would NOT recommend eating here.

No way they don't have oven spatula? I seen a worker burn her hand trying to get my food after I got it toasted, no one should work in these type of conditions.
There is a young lady by the name of Gauri. That makes getting a meal from here extremely uncomfortable. I witnessed it twice before but today was the last time I will be here for this very reason. She has a disposition about herself that is amusing to her but annoying and frustrating for the customers.

I visited with my younger brother and after we bought our sandwiches one of the employees was leaned over the counter to watch my brother and I pick our chips, which she knows we purchased- because she checked us both out at the register. Almost her whole body was learned from behind the counter to the front of the chips rack. This felt like racial profiling- the employee was Indian and my brother and are I both black. She watched us for a long time and made me so uncomfortable. I would be hesitant to return.

I got the buy one foot long for free with my roommate and she and I got the bmt. My sub was perfect, and tasted perfect ( I got the parmesean vinaigrette instead of oil and vin) and I asked for extra olives on the side because I'm weird and they gave them with no problem. Also, I felt bad because I hit the wrong button to tip , so I figured q nice review would make up!
