Everything looked like it had been sitting out from the previous night. Especially the tuna that had brown pieces on top. I took a bite of my sandwich and the bread is stale. Almost like biting into a cracker. Either nothing was made fresh or someone can’t prepare food right. Didn’t even finish my sandwich. The people were cool though.

Came by to buy something at 8:35am and its closed came back at 8:44am and still closed the 2 lady’s in side just looked at me and didn’t moves standing outside to see if they open and they didn’t bother moving its Saturday online and on the door says it opens at 8:30 am had to go to another subway

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this visit to Subway was frustrating enough to speak up. The worker behind the counter looked super young—maybe 16—and unfortunately seemed totally unprepared for the job. She moved slowly, didn’t listen to my order properly, and had to ask me to repeat everything. On top of that, she looked completely lost the whole time.

I understand everyone starts somewhere, but if you’re going to have someone on the front line dealing with customers, please make sure they’re trained and ready. The whole experience felt like a waste of time.

Who fix my sandwich didn’t even add the provolone cheese on my sandwich after I eat my meat I ask for the bathroom key they look each other talk on their language and say the bathrooms are no working but there is no a even a label that say no working over horrible services

Title: One of the Worst Fast Food Experiences I've ever had

If I could give zero stars, I would. This particular Subway was a complete disaster from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging customers. I waited several minutes just to be greeted—while standing directly in front of the counter.

Once someone finally decided to help me, they acted like making a sandwich was the worst possible burden. No eye contact, no “hello,” no thank you. Just cold indifference.

The vegetables looked like they'd been sitting out for days—limp lettuce, slimy cucumbers, and tomatoes that were more mush than slice. The meat had a strange odor and looked like it had been left out far too long. I asked if they could change out the veggies for fresher ones and was met with a sigh and an eye-roll.

To top it all off, the bread was stale and hard enough to chip a tooth. I’m not even exaggerating. The final sandwich was a sad, sloppy mess that I ended up tossing after two bites.

Tables were dirty, the drink machine was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. Not a single clean surface in sight.

I don’t expect gourmet from Subway, but I at least expect basic hygiene, edible food, and a shred of customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. Although it’s very close to my house, I would rather go elsewhere. The staff are consistently rude and unfriendly, and today’s experience was the last straw.

My husband and I visited to get some sandwiches, and although the two employees clearly saw us, they chose to ignore us and continued chatting. Even after we called out for assistance, we were still ignored.

We eventually had to leave. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve encountered poor service here, but today was especially unacceptable.

The employees were very rude. They overcharged me for my two sandwiches. They also said I could not use the bathroom after I bought the sandwiches because they didn't feel like cleaning them. I will go someplace else where veterans in their families are valued. If the workers don't want to work there, why don't they just leave? There was no customer service.

The lady at the register clearly has an issue with her spanish speaking coworkers, she doesn’t even speak to them like they are humans, she is dirty in preparing the food wiping the sweat with her hands and didnt change gloves, and then verbally assaulted me for speaking Spanish to her coworker. Avoid this subway and save yourself a head ache

The store always stinks, the servers are slow and they refuse to give you a refund even after they mess up your order.

The employee showed no interest in properly preparing the sandwich and was extremely rude. They attempted to overcharge me for a 6-inch sub, and when I inquired about the price difference, they were unable to provide an explanation. There was no apology for the issue, and it was clear they lacked the necessary skills to make the sandwich correctly. I will definitely not be returning.

Dear Subway Customer Service,

I’m reaching out regarding a disappointing experience I recently had at your Greenbelt store. Unfortunately, the quality of service and overall experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Subway.

I took my daughter to lunch, and the staff never acknowledged that we were standing there. Two employees were arguing, and Elena and another employee were having a conversation in Spanish, completely ignoring us as we waited. Additionally, they were not wearing gloves and seemed unprepared to work. When I asked for a manager, I was told that the manager is only onsite Wednesday mornings and that there was no supervisor in the store at the time.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially as a loyal customer of Subway. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and management at this location. Please let me know if you need further details.

They touch everything and then touch your food. It’s very uncleanly but the store looks clean. They need to do better with switching gloves out before touching your food.

Walking into the door there is this middle eastern looking lady taking my food and she puts barely anything on my sandwich Every subway that I went to, except for this one have given me a lot of toppings and have felt my sandwich up to the bread, but this subway barely even gave me anything. The cookies were hard, and there were flies.

Ordered 2 subs. Bread was fresh. Picked from 3 varieties. Ordered basic clubs, I ingredients were also fresh.

Dietary restrictions: Because you can choose what you want on your sub, one was basic and the other sub had the works.
