Went there tonight and like the other person stated the other girl that works there acted as if HER ASKING ME HOW I WANTED my sandwich was getting on her nerves. I ignored it. None of the condiments were out and were in the back and she had to go retrieve everything I asked for. I just got home and opened my sandwich and the bread is hard like sourdough bread and no I didn’t ask for it to be toasted. Clearly her and the other lady needs to find another job or the management needs to hold them accountable! I will be posting the food and talking about how trifling the worker was on my tic tok and fingers crossed more ppl won’t go in that Subway until service is given appropriately.

The person who served me was rude and didn’t wash her hands. She was also eating and touching things when I arrived. She thought I didn’t see her because she was behind the door.

1st time trying the pretzel and it was good. Customer service was superb ( woman with red color hair) she was courteous, fast and friendlyThank you- keep up the awesome work

Two orders in the past week and both times no napkins. Seems like something petty but when you've got 10 11 and $12 sandwiches on the menu I expect at least a napkin.Now you're going to charge me a low order fee. How much do you make from a no order fee?

Worst customer service ever. The Spanish plus size lady that refuse to give her name was horrible, throwing toppings on ppl sandwiches and refused to make a second sandwich for 1 customer...Stated " It's to late because I already asked you. I have never. I just walked out without getting anything.

I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese and they burnt the cheese. When I said something about the cheese being burnt the girl is gonna say to me how come everytime you come here it is always something wrong. In shock at her response I told her cause I’m paying customer who wants their food made properly. If you make my Sandwich right I wouldn’t complain. I told her I was gonna complain she tried to cover the burnt cheese up with Mayo and she made sure not to give me a receipt so I could have the store info.

I come to the Subway at Greenway in Greenbelt frequently and have mostly good experiences with the servers and the food. I intend to continue going here as it's one of my favorite local restaurants.
