Went in to have a meal after a long day , sat at the bar and was basically ignored for at least 10 minutes, finally, bartender says she’ll be right with us, but never returned . They were not busy , maybe 3 other people at the bar .
The bartender was talking to friends at the other end of the bar and ignored us, finally just got up and left and went somewhere else .

After seeing the other reviews , I see this is a pattern.

No customer service what so ever and we stood waiting to be seated for almost 30 mins with children and still had to leave. There was 2 big parties there but what did it for me was the no communication, we literally stood there for about 30 mins with no one greeting us and informing us of a wait time. So we won't be going back

Our experience was marred by bad customer service from the very start. We stood at the host stand for 20 minutes without seeing any staff. It wasn't just us; other customers were looking around, equally bewildered by the lack of attention. When someone finally arrived after another 5 minutes, they informed the entire group waiting that the wait would be an additional 30 to 60 minutes. Frustrated with this service, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere, noticing that other potential diners seemed to contemplate doing the same.

A Bunch

The food was subpar at best... they have a great menu however they need to execute it better... the service was only OK because at times I had to find my server to change my food items. The location is nice with parking in the cut. I would possibly visit again.

I ordered grilled salmon and loaded mashed potatoes for pick up before work.
The description states the following: 6 ounce sustainably raised salmon, garlic butter broccoli. It would've been wonderful to get everything that I paid for. But, I guess it's my fault because I didn't check the bag before I left. Great incomplete meal, though!

I ordered the trio appetizer that consisted of loaded potato skins and traditional wings. The ‘loaded potatoes’ consisted of cheese and bacon. I wanted sour cream but all that was offered was a mixture of ranch dressing and sour cream. Awful. Potato skins very tasteless. Chicken was satisfactory. Our server was very nonchalant in his service. I’ll think twice before coming to this location again and will never order the same thing.

We went in there at 10 something it’s now 11 something we waited to get sat just for a man to come and say the dining areas is closed but it was a lot of people sitting in the dining area eating then offered a disabled minor to sit at the bar

Came in with my partner to have a nice night out and Mrs T overcharged my bank card an ADDITIONAL $122. She said it was a mistake, but our bill wasn't nearly that much. She and the “mod” did nothing to fix or help the issue. It’s slow, and to make a mistake like that was definitely intentional. I then asked for the GM’s number to possibly get help to get my $122 refunded and was given the wrong number. DONT USE YOUR CARD AT FRIDAYS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!… BTW it’s STILL pending Mrs T. Worst experience ever! GOD IS GOOD GLAD YALL CLOSING DOWN🙌🏾🙌🏾

My dining experience was horrible. The restaurant wasn’t busy on Saturday night. 1/25/25
Took a very long time to be greeted by my server. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. The food came out to order. We finished our meals and here comes the server with the drinks from the bar. We sent the drinks back as we were ready to go at this point. The bar was also not full. The server never came back to see if the meals came out to order. Good thing the food order was correct Then I had to wait a while for the check and I paid cash and the server shorted me on my change. The music was too loud to even enjoy my company at dinner.
