While lodging at the Crown Plaza Greenbelt, I wanted to preview a menu prior to going down to the restaurant. No one answered the phone and there was no menu online or in my room. It doesn’t seem like they are interested in making it convenient for guests.

This was easy when staying at the Crown, nice atmosphere with happy hour until 6pm. Service is great and food is good for a small menu but great choices. I had grilled chicken thighs on rice with a side salad and it was very tasty. I’m back again but just with chicken Caesar salad, good beer and drink choices too.

School trip, kids were out sight seeing the area for the day, upon return multiple rooms were found to be tampered with. Suite cases were opened, gone through, belongs thrown, undergarments unfolded/messed with, clothes unfolded and some things were missing. Kids belongings were found in different places. Shame on the person/people responsible for this. I sure hope the hotel does the responsible thing and takes care of it. If you are going to host/accept children trips, make sure the children are safe and your staff are reliable.
