I stopped by around 8:30pm on Wednesday, Dec. 10. Service was relatively quick and friendly, but the food… wow. This was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich—usually decent—but this thing tasted like it was made entirely of tendon and rubber.
I’m a cheap bastard, so I powered through about half of it before surrendering. I didn’t even give the rest to my dog, and he’ll eat anything. It was that bad. Honestly, it dragged the whole experience down to a 1-star situation. I feel like I deserve my money back—and maybe a little extra—for having to gnaw through that piece of rubber.

Night crew always on point with my food I come couple times a week after work no complaints.

The food is great but this specific one always forget the sauces so I always have to go in person and check the bag before I leave. This keeps happening but this was the last straw. I went and they gave me the wrong sauce and forgot to put the straws in the bag. I don’t know what needs to change but they need to start remembering to put the sauces in the bags so I can comfortably order delivery and put the right sauces in the bag. I really don’t know how hard that is.

Terrible service, I went around 4:20 p.m. on 09/15 and they guy at the drive thru window gave me the wrong drink, refused to admit it was the wrong drink and refused to give me the right one. For context I ordered the Dave’s Orange Cream soda which is orange, yet he tells me this dark colored cola is the right drink.

Worst service I received. I ordered mobile order and asked for my order which is right in the back. This girl just ignored me until all the people in the line finished their ordering and then handed me my order right there with no patience the profession. If you don’t like your job no one forces you to do it.

I just spent $18.10 on a Asiago chicken sandwich meal and nuggets. The sandwich looks like a regulars chicken sandwich. This sandwich used to be bigger. My nuggets and drink was good. Which is why I gave you 3 stars. And I did not get my receipt.

Today I went to buy my kids some food was looking ruff today because I wasn’t feeling to well I order my food used the Wendy’s app but once I pay the girl that was taking my order gave my 50 dollars to one of the cook, when she was trying to get the manager but the manager sent the cook to get the money. she was already looking at me weird when I came into the store they act like they didn’t wanna take my order then when the cook took my money to manager, they took about 10 mins to come back and when she did she was shaking her head telling the girl that she guess it’s real and when she went back they all were laughing. What I’m saying is that they were quick to judge and assume I was gonna give them fake money or I was homeless or something, and then when I told the cashier what her manager did was wrong they all stayed in the back and had nothing to say didn’t apologize or even spoke to me about the issue I go up there everyday I stay right in the neighborhood but for them to assume I was using a fake 50 dollars bill that’s crazy.. then on top of that they forgot some of my food out the bag. The cashier she was the understanding one but the manager she had no respect and laughed in my face.
