I just spent $18.10 on a Asiago chicken sandwich meal and nuggets. The sandwich looks like a regulars chicken sandwich. This sandwich used to be bigger. My nuggets and drink was good. Which is why I gave you 3 stars. And I did not get my receipt.

Today I went to buy my kids some food was looking ruff today because I wasn’t feeling to well I order my food used the Wendy’s app but once I pay the girl that was taking my order gave my 50 dollars to one of the cook, when she was trying to get the manager but the manager sent the cook to get the money. she was already looking at me weird when I came into the store they act like they didn’t wanna take my order then when the cook took my money to manager, they took about 10 mins to come back and when she did she was shaking her head telling the girl that she guess it’s real and when she went back they all were laughing. What I’m saying is that they were quick to judge and assume I was gonna give them fake money or I was homeless or something, and then when I told the cashier what her manager did was wrong they all stayed in the back and had nothing to say didn’t apologize or even spoke to me about the issue I go up there everyday I stay right in the neighborhood but for them to assume I was using a fake 50 dollars bill that’s crazy.. then on top of that they forgot some of my food out the bag. The cashier she was the understanding one but the manager she had no respect and laughed in my face.

They need a new lady at the drive through she is always rude and angry when talking with customers this is not the first time I’ve had her rude with me she gets upset when someone is ordering and calls the manager over if you don’t want to work there then why not find another place to work?? It is the Spanish lady who works in the morning to after noon an older lady did not get her name next time I will they need to train her better or get rid of her she never knows who she’s talking rudely too.

The service was great , all these bad reviews are crazy talk 🦜 ... People posting dirty nails and hands cracked and not maintained with pictures describing poor service ??? If you decide you want to come to a fast food place in this area this Wendy's is the place to go ! Disregard the discreditors who can't even maintain their own hygiene ! Thanks Wendy's team ! I had Jake take my order , great customer service and had great humor when dealing with my service , thank you !!!

👋🏼 I was a bit disappointed with the lack of availability of two of my favorite nugget sauces ( barbecue & sweet & sour ) also there was no ice cream for my daughter's frosty! 🙄 our sweet tea was still a bit Luke warm with only about 5 pieces of ice. My sweet tea had no ice. To make matters worse the bacon cheese double stack did not have any bacon on them. 😬 The only positive feed back that I can give is for the two young workers at the drive through window. I asked for their names. ( Siad & praize!) I don't think I spelled the names right, but praize explained that the shipment had not come in when I got to the window. I went to the Wendy's in Riverdale to get my daughter a frosty.

I’m so sad I had to actually pay for this. Because the price doesn’t match the quality. I ordered a junior cheeseburger with ketchup only. The drive through staff asked if I wanted a junior bacon cheeseburger I said no. I only want ketchup and cheese. The burger is super thin and crunchy I believe over cooked. Also there’s bacon when I explicitly asked for none. I will definitely be checking my food every single time before driving away. This location wasn’t good quality before the renovation. Then it became better for a short time after the renovation now I see things are back to being a place I need to avoid.

Need somebody new working that drive thru in the morning. Dude messes up my order twice. But you kekee'n wit employees. Pay attention. If I ask for a large but you give me a medium because you mistakenly gave me that... GIVE ME what I asked for don't just tell me you charged me for a medium. Bad enough you charge for the order behind me then try to say it didn't go thru. Smh. Sir. Get somebody else in that drive thru
