If I ask for a large but you give me a medium because you mistakenly gave me that... GIVE ME what I asked for don't just tell me you charged me for a medium. What a horrible establishment. I'm here at 9pm and the store sign very clearly states indoor dining is closed at 10pm everyday and the doors are locked, meanwhile the employees stare at me as if I'm lost...
I have been a resident of Greenbelt since high school and this Wendys has always been known for the horrendous customer service and subpar quality of food.
However, since this new renovation, not only has the food become delicious and hot… but the customer service is noticeably improving.
Specifically, Claire at the drive through made my morning today… What a pleasant spirit and helpful energy! Between assisting me with options on the menu, to her down to earth demeanor, i was completely shocked at the turn around of this location! My food came out quick and the building looks great as well 😁

Tried it once more after the renovations. Still waiting 10+ minutes for every single car to have their order taken in the drive through. The only reason to ever eat at these places is because they're fast, and this place isn't.
