Reservations made, was seated right away, Sophie our server was prompt and friendly.Calamari average frozen and fried.Handcut fries were good, I'd question if cut in house?Autumn Alfredo average jarred sauce, squash was tender and not mushy.Shenandoah pizza was the highlight of the table. Crispy crust, flavorful sauce, gooy cheese, big 12in.Cranberry port Duck. I should have sent it back immediately, but I tried it anyway.Duck skin had now crispness to the skin, all soft and fatty.Port cranberry chutney, seemed like cranberry sauce from a can, little flavor.Whipped sweet potatoes, texture of rough polenta.Broccolini, cool, extremely hard, like raw.Like I said, I tried, ate less than have of it, and enjoyed the pizza.They did make the duck half price, personally should have taken it completely off.Show was great.

Started with and old fashioned that tasted like sink water. The Calamari was undercooked. My Entrée was the orange roughly bowl and it tasted so vile I had to send it back. Im just hoping I don't get food poisoning this evening.

Has a great vibe but was disappointed with the service and food. We each ordered entrees only to have waitress come back and tell us no that dish was not available. There were so many items they were not serving and it was early Saturday night. When the food arrived it was tasty but only average. Hoping it was an off night. Will try another time.

We held a Gatekeepers get to get her while honoring them that help chef to make a difference while 28 south help a small banquet consisting of blanched green Southern mashed and gravy with a select moist chicken served with lemon or regular iced tea or water dessert was pecan pie pumpkin pie and congratulations to 28 South we are very thankful and grateful for excellent service meeting the showroom needs thank you very much it was a nice brunch

12 oz sirloin was awesome and cooked perfectly, medium rare. Brussel sprouts are OUT OF THIS WORLD. In house bread pudding is to die for. All around fabulous meal. 5 stars.

Had never been here before, didn't realize you needed a reservation because it's so busy. Originally we were told no tables available but as we headed out they told us they could take us. And I'm glad they did, the food was delicious! The vibe was great and service was good. My drink was a bit strong lol but I'm a light weight and most people would appreciate them not being skimpy on the alcohol. I had the Chesapeake Risotto and honestly I would order this repeatedly... It was delicious. Also got the hot Italian pizza which was good. Hubby got a basic burger but that was nice and hot as well. Directly across the street from the Maryland theater was an added bonus. Parking in the garage next door was only $2. Definitely recommend.
Stopped in prior to a concert at Maryland Theater. We were promptly seated and served. Our server, Christopher and his assistant who was in training, were exceptional. We only ordered a Calamari appetizer and coffee, due to not being real hungry. Both were delicious. We will be back!

The place is super neat on the inside, seemingly a 5-star atmosphere but the chicken Alfredo was so bland, it literally had no taste at all(chicken was good though). Elvis burger was great besides not being cooked how asked (wanted rare got well done). Hoping the new menu adds some flavorful options!

The braised brisket was tough. I was so shocked when I got it home after one bite no more of that tough meat. The brussel sprouts were overcooked and the mashed potatoes had no flavor. I bought two other entrees and all I can say is stay away from this place.

I ordered salmon, roasted Brussel sprouts and jasmine rice. Portions plentiful. Food delicious. Friendly staff and good prices. Without asking I received extra salad dressing.. That's service!
