I have to say that I'd like to give a shout out to a Bridget she did amazing she had everyone asking her what to do there was a lot of new people in there and I'm a regular and the front line girl was messing up my order mind you she was in drive-thru bridgetit was but she came over and fixed everything for us she did amazing and you need more people like her. She deserves a raise I see her working her butt off all the time she cleans the lobby she does everything.

Something's up with this store all of a sudden. i ordered on the app like normal, and when I got to the restaurant there was a very long line. Waited 20 minutes just to get to the speaker, then another 15 before anyone answered the speaker. Gave my name and told them it was an online order like normal, but when I get to the window they had no idea what I ordered. Was told to pull forward and wait for my food to come out, and after another 25 minutes someone came out with the entirely wrong order. I was out of time and needed to get back to work so I just left, but when I later called the store for a refund the manager outright refused. This used to be a good Arby's but they hired a new manager that has no idea what they're doing, highly suggest going to any other location

Staff: averts gaze
Staff: Places the order on the counter and immediately turns their backs on me. Still, no words are spoken.
Me: “Thank you.”
