I went to pick up an order that had already been placed.
Me: Smiles at the staff
Staff: averts gaze
Staff: Places the order on the counter and immediately turns their backs on me. Still, no words are spoken.
Me: “Thank you.”

I'm on the road a lot and east at a lot fast food places. This Arby's is by far the best one I have been to yet. Food was great Service was even better. The interior is a nice little comfy place.
Order dt398 most of the food tastes like it’s been sitting in a bin. We love Arby’s but all of our food was cold. I spent 53$ at Arby’s! It doesn’t even look appetizing. But I’m hungry so I ate some, it’s just terrible. Its to expensive to not be fresh I will wait longer if I know it will be fresh. Food should also be served at 165 not 123. I’m not asking for perfect but at least editable
