Good food 😋 every time. Worker is always pleasant. Got twenty tenders. The food was delicious. The tenders were divided into two boxes. Two of my three daughters and I ate one box of tenders and two tenders out of the other box. There is plenty of food left for my third daughter as well.

Me and my husband went and grabbed food and the man at the counter greeted us with a smile and really good energy. He was very patient with us despite spending a good amount of time trying to figure out what to order. It didn’t take long for all the food to come and he even through in some free chips. As far as the food I have nothing negative to say. Everything came out fresh and hot very delicious. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the 10 piece chicken tenders for pickup. When I got my food, I noticed the recipe had completely changed. When I went back inside to ask if they changed the recipe, the worker offered to completely change my tenders to the original recipe.
Though the newer recipe for the tenders isn’t very quality, the main takeaway was this workers willingness to REMAKE the original recipe, and the fact the chicken was ATOMICALLY AWESOME. The original recipe for Atomic Wings’ tenders is heaven, and should not change. The customer service was incredible and the price for the food is divine. If the recipe goes back to the original, this review would be 5/5.

Waiting in store for my pick up for an extra 10 minutes for a sandwich (because they were out of wraps) and when I leave with my order there is still no sandwich. I call, phone doesn't work. I got back, he says I got it. Not going again.

Showed up for a pickup order just to find it outside on a table in the cold and rain. Doors were locked and it was only around 1:50pm so this shouldn't have happened. Last time I was at this store they told me 5 minutes for my pickup order but it took 30 minutes because he didn't even start it until after I asked for it. Also the guy had a poor attitude about it. I informed him that pickup order are supposed to be at lest started by the time I get here especially if you don't have any customers. I worked for fast food and I know darn well that this business is doing some bad business the last 2 days. It's sad how people want to be paid for doing nothing or half way. Some crap service for sure. So sad.

I attended a school in PA; what prompted me to check out this locations wings. Super Clean, friendly staff and food was bomb!!!
Now anyone who knows chicken; must be cooked properly and well. Slight wait but honestly real fresh chicken takes time. They allowed me to mix my order: Atomic sauce with garlic parm🔥🔥🔥
Truly enjoyed my experience and food was absolutely good! If ever I’m back in Hagerstown; I have to stop here again.

I placed an order on the website that states they opened at 11am, order placed at 2:57, got to location at 3:15, doors were locked. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Knocked on the door, waited outside, someone opened the door at 3:32pm, told my son it would take 10 minutes to complete the order. Waited 20 minutes to only get the order placed, no offer of a future discount or any extra free food. I walked in to complain and asked why they were taking orders and not telling anyone the doors were locked, I asked how long, he told me 4 hours and when I asked why we were not compensated for our wait, I was told I could have a 20 oz soda. Wow…are you kidding me?!

Their boneless mango habanero wings are my favorite wings of all time. I CRAVE them so much🤤🤩
