If you like wings with very little sauce and taste, this is the place for you! Wings tasted like old oil, and a hint of flavor. They were chewy and bland. Service was as bad as the wings, one guy who was frustrated when we didn't place our order immediately upon walking in, because we were looking at the menu.Asked for ranch and blue cheese, only got ranch. Asked for ketchup, got 4 packets for two of us. He never came back after dropping our food on the table. Save yourself $30 and go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Wings are grey and taste old. Fries burnt. Blue Cheese tastes like sour cream with blue cheese flavoring. “Craft Drink” comes 3/4 full. Save your 20$ This was a second chance couple months between…both times no bueno folks!

Third and the last time I was here. None of my experience was satisfactory here. I do not recommend this place anyone. The slowest fast food service it is! It took 40 mins to take out my food. This store has nobody speaking English. Lack of communication. It requires a great effort here to communicate with employees. Last thing: I threw out the food that I ordered today, when I got home. It is a shame that they gave me all burnt wings. I am attaching a photo of that. Stay away from this store!

The service was terrible, my dasher waited 45 minutes (I tipped ger 45 dollars because of course in wasnt her fault) and when my mango habenero wings came, they smelled like throw up. Not good at all.

Worst wings I've ever had, and I mostly eat cheap wings like gas station/ little Caesars/ frozen microwavable stuff lol. Got traditional and they were over cooked so the meat was stringy and the dried skins so hard it physically hurt to swallow as it scratched down my throat. wings super small, smaller than gas station, and many didn't even look like wings, just broken tips of bone/cartilage size between a golf ball and a rubber ball on a paddle board (sorry I'm horrible at comparisons lol). First time I've ever just had to toss food. I might try again with the grilled wings to see if that is better. I did like the variety of sauces, cheap to add extra sauce on side, and that they have 3 heat levels of buffalo flavor. Medium is traditional, still on the lower end actually, and the mild is actually extremely mild. The blue cheese dip was watery with no blue cheese chunks at all, though you do taste it. You have to pay for carrots and celery, but you do get a lot, it's a tray of them already cut up into bite size chunks. When I try the grilled wings of they are any better I'll post an update to review and rating, but for now 1 star for a lunch I spent more than normal on that had to be tossed.
I'm am so disappointed, the chicken and rice platter was DISGUSTING!! I don't know what kind of rice they use but they need to change it or just don't serve it because it was mushy with no flavor at all and there was hardly any chicken. The sweet potato waffles fries were fried too hard and barely any seasoning. I was excited to try this place, guess i should have ordered wings since it is a wing place instead of trying other stuff

I believe it would be helpful to make a personnel adjustment for the betterment of the overall customer experience. During my recent visit, I encountered an employee at the cash register who exhibited a less-than-ideal attitude. I regret to inform you that his behavior left a negative impression on me. Don’t get me wrong the food is great however the customer service is sucks.Im talking about the new Indian gentleman by the way.

I got an order of Mango Habanero Wings. They came out HOT, FAST AND FRESH. My wife stressed that she wanted extra sauce, and they delivered. Wings were flavorful, but not too spicy. Very good. We will be back

Awful food and experience. Was given a 10 minute wait time that turned in to 30 minutes. Drinks there are awful. They are basically $4 waters as they are incredibly watered down. The sauces and even dressings are watered down. The wings themselves had good meat on them but didn’t taste good due to the sauces being watered down. Avoid this place and go to other wing places. Wasted $60+
