We arrived before the outlets opened, but this store was willing to make us a hot and tasty pretzel while we waited. Yum!

II can understand being busy. However, whomever was working the front on 8/6/23 was extremely rude. I walked to the front because I was picking up a DD order. The first thing out her mouth was, "You're gonna to have to wait." I said I wasn't waiting because the customer had already ordered. She said she was too busy to make the order. Really??? I Doordash customer is STILL a customer!!

I ordered a dragonfruit mango frost and it didn’t look anything like it she added lemonade slushy there was no mango flavor or anything mango related added and it clearly didn’t look like what was on the board and my hotdog bites were very burnt.

The pretzels are stale and cold. A waste of moneyThe service is mediocre. This is the worst auntie Anne's I've ever been to.

A food court staple, and of course an outlet mall would have one. In all honesty we needed a place for my dad to sit that wasn't outside in the cold. He has taken to having a soft pretzel for lunch and this just happened to be the perfect place for him. As far as the food, it was your basic pretzel fare. It is consistent throughout the chain and something that you can be dependent upon. My dad and niece seemed to enjoy it and when we came back after our trip around the remaining rows of shops they were finished. Service was steady, they kept the line moving. But while watching them get things together it was interesting. Especially when watching the drink station. Like the lady forgot how a cup work and I felt bad watching the guy waiting for his cup to be filled properly. It was like an odd situation and a bit cringe.

I got the small pretzel hotdog bites, they tasted old and horrible. Also two of the pretzel bites. Between 3 adults who are huge Auntie Anne fans, all of hungry, we threw out the majority of the food it was so bad. Sigh.

So good honestly, the pretzels and cheese smack every time.

The 2 employees were nice and helpful but over worked, it was a day for three people and they had only 2. Also, do not get any sodas from the fountain it is nothing but chlorine. Ended up going to get bottled drinks from somewhere else.

Excellent service today from the guys working and food was very good
Went there 15 minutes before closing and saw they had a bunch of pretzels left. Nobody in line so I decide to use the restroom quickly located behind the shop come back a minute later all of the pretzels are being taken out of the warmer and they refused to sell me anything even though they weren’t closing for another 13 mins. How can you run a business if you refuse to sell your product during business hours set by your company. Ridiculous auntie annes

Pretzels were perfect as always. The iced tea tasted rancid.
