The women who work here are waaaay too rude to be serving greasy misshapen pretzels. This location sucks, skip it.

Was at the one in the mall. While waiting on me the girl was playing with a picture app while hold my card. Made me feel very uncomfortable as if she was taking pictures of my card. Definitely will be keeping a eye on my banking.

Sweet Almond, Cinnamon.Sugar are best Pretzels. Must try original Lemonades.

The very best cinnamon rolls and it was worth going to valley mall. I miss going there since I am back in Muscatine Iowa now.

Good quick snack for a hungry seven year old boy who apparently has a hollow leg. Quick service and good food.

Stopped in mall almost closing but still plenty to pick from no wait! Got bundle of drink dip sauce and nuggets in a cup and almond pretzel...yummy

Most of my experiences here are decent. Today i went there with my mom and the lady in front of me got the last regular pretzel bites. i asked the Employee if they had anymore and she said no. (i've seen them make more when they run out, i've waited before) but i got something else. as my mom is paying the guy behind asked "how are you today?" the worker didn't even acknowledge him and said "what do you want?" he then asked the same question as i did & the employee said she can't make anymore. there was a container of regular bites in the back of the heater so he asked "can i have those?" and she proceeded to say "No, i can't sell you those" i was baffled. the poor guy was diabetic and couldn't have the cinnamon bites. i've worked in customer service and never have i treated my customers like this. Auntie Anne's in the valley mall is still open solely because their pretzels are good. their employees at the register are rude and don't have good customer service training apparently. it's not hard to be nice. this employee looked miserable, didn't even smile. i will not return.
Awesome, THIS IS SOME AWESOME AUNTIE ANNES AND SO PRETTY FLOORS LOL.

It's a basic Auntie Anne's. The last time I went here they still only accepted cash which bothers me because everything else in the mall takes cards at this point. Regardless, the pretzels are amazing, savory or sweet, and the drinks are delicious. When I'm out with friends and we have cash, we love to stop here and get pretzels and sit on or near the fountain to hang out. I personally prefer the cinnamon pretzels.

I love these pretzels! They need a new checkout system because it takes tooooo long.
