Not a New York bagel store. I was hoping for something close to what I get when visiting NYC, but they taste like store bought. They were out of flavored cream cheese. The only thing that reminded me of NYC was the grouchy worker (owner?).

Wonderful bagels and a variety of specialty cream cheeses.
GREAT!! Been a few times and love the variety. The sandwiches are very well portioned and taste excellent. Service is second to none.

Called them to see what time they was closing, I was told at 4 I pulled up and 3:15 and the doors was locked. I called them back and no one answered meanwhile someone was standing right next to the phone. Poor service.

Google says they open at 9, I get here and the sign on the door says 9:30….hopefully I can update my review after eating one of their sandwiches.
Called and asked for price of a certain bagel and they responded with “we make all types of bagels I can’t help you” then I asked what they recommend and they then stopped talking and hung up. Terrible customer service, terrible food spot.
