Not a New York bagel store. I was hoping for something close to what I get when visiting NYC, but they taste like store bought. They were out of flavored cream cheese. The only thing that reminded me of NYC was the grouchy worker (owner?).

I wish I could this j*** a zero. What a shame, years ago this was an great spot for breakfast and lunch fare. Don't know what happened and don't give a damn but I'm assuming the owner or the a****** that's always is there either doesn't give a damn or has given up. I live and work close by and the few times recently I've been there I get attitude and he's out of a lot of things on the menu. Seriously dude customer service 101 have the product on your menu and change your tampon. Your attitude sucks and the topper for me was a couple days ago you had crazy butt hurt and with your people eating and you engaging with them told me your closing and your register was closed at 130 in the afternoon just proofs to me you are a truly an unprofessional a****** that needs to get the f*** out of the business and by the way pay your bills

Wonderful bagels and a variety of specialty cream cheeses.
GREAT!! Been a few times and love the variety. The sandwiches are very well portioned and taste excellent. Service is second to none.

Called them to see what time they was closing, I was told at 4 I pulled up and 3:15 and the doors was locked. I called them back and no one answered meanwhile someone was standing right next to the phone. Poor service.

Called and asked for price of a certain bagel and they responded with “we make all types of bagels I can’t help you” then I asked what they recommend and they then stopped talking and hung up. Terrible customer service, terrible food spot.

Everything here is homemade I'm pretty sure and it's absolutely delicious. The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because the business hours don't seem correct. But if you get here when they're open omg it's literally super delicious!
