Ordered two, two scoop hot fudge sundaes. For the 2nd time in a row the hot fudge container was not plugged in so the fudge was not very liquid. So basically they put a spoonful on and hid it with whipped cream. So I paid sundae prices for a regular 2 scoop plain order.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. If you value any semblance of being treated decently, or if you expect to have your online order fulfilled, go to the other Baskin Robbins off of Pennsylvania Ave.Ordered an ice cream cake on 9/15 for pickup on 9/30. Fiancé went to pickup the order in store and was told they don't have it. When I called to inquire about the order, the gentleman who answered was rude and told me he was too busy to look up the order details. And then just hung up on me. No effort was made to get the order number or my information. I was out of town so couldn't come into the store myself, and my fiancé already went in and was treated rudely as well, I'm assuming by the same gentleman I talked to on the phone. Very unprofessional way of handling business. I've had to escalate this to corporate since I got no help from the associate at this location.

I ordered a cake from this baskin robbins location for my son's birthday, I couldn't get the website to work so I had to call the store. The staff there, especially Paul made it super easy to get the cake I wanted. They weren't able to make the cake I wanted in the right flavor (I picked out a half cake design on the website but we all know flavor is always more important than presentation) so Paul worked with me to figure out the best cake in the right flavor and it turned out beautifully. They made my son a super cool Spiderman cake that tasted friggin great. Dairy queens cakes are trash compared to the one I got today. Seriously. Thanks Paul and the staff at baskin robbins will be coming back for future cakes.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never been so disrespected like that for simply placing an order. The "manager" was incredibly disrespectful to myself and the other guest in the store. The staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing, what they offered or how to treat people. Absolutely disgusting.

MY EXPERIENCE TODAY; First time at this location, or getting a Baskin-Robins milkshake. I ordered 1 chocolate milkshake and 1 vanilla. First I was told that they only have vanilla milkshakes. This location is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo, so I asked; "Isn't this Baskin-Robbins. (the home to 31 flavors) ?". I was asked to wait while she checked it out. Then told to wait more while they got the ice cream. (???) Had to drive around to side entrance and wait for it to be made. They were brought out without straw's or napkins. My opinion, the vanilla milkshake tasted like it was mostly vanilla syrup and had no ice cream constancy. It was too sweet. I put it in the freezer for my son to have later. I tried his chocolate milkshake and the same thing. Tasted like I was drinking Hershey's chocolate syrup right out of the bottle. I like my milkshakes simple: Ice cream and milk, no extras. The prices where comparatively high to another ice cream place who sold me 2 larges for $4 less than these 2 completely un-uconsumables medium sizes. Disappointed
