One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. If you value any semblance of being treated decently, or if you expect to have your online order fulfilled, go to the other Baskin Robbins off of Pennsylvania Ave.Ordered an ice cream cake on 9/15 for pickup on 9/30. Fiancé went to pickup the order in store and was told they don't have it. When I called to inquire about the order, the gentleman who answered was rude and told me he was too busy to look up the order details. And then just hung up on me. No effort was made to get the order number or my information. I was out of town so couldn't come into the store myself, and my fiancé already went in and was treated rudely as well, I'm assuming by the same gentleman I talked to on the phone. Very unprofessional way of handling business. I've had to escalate this to corporate since I got no help from the associate at this location.

I ordered a cake from this baskin robbins location for my son's birthday, I couldn't get the website to work so I had to call the store. The staff there, especially Paul made it super easy to get the cake I wanted. They weren't able to make the cake I wanted in the right flavor (I picked out a half cake design on the website but we all know flavor is always more important than presentation) so Paul worked with me to figure out the best cake in the right flavor and it turned out beautifully. They made my son a super cool Spiderman cake that tasted friggin great. Dairy queens cakes are trash compared to the one I got today. Seriously. Thanks Paul and the staff at baskin robbins will be coming back for future cakes.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never been so disrespected like that for simply placing an order. The "manager" was incredibly disrespectful to myself and the other guest in the store. The staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing, what they offered or how to treat people. Absolutely disgusting.

Greatly improved though the years. Staff are all friendly. The best dd/baskin in the area. Can actually go in and sit and eat, unlike all the other snobbish other dd.

Read all, happy ending. Ordered a special cake for my sons 21st birthday. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. So upset. To make it right, they gave us a free cake and refunded my money. Turns out, they later found the cake and delivered to our house. Very appreciative of this business going above and beyond to fix a mistake.

I visited today and was thoroughly impressed. They went above and beyond to make my daughter happy (they didn't know it, but she had just been in a car accident). It means a lot to me that they not only did an awesome job of serving up our coffee, ice cream, and donuts, but also heroically soothed us after a thoroughly challenging day. Big kudos to the workers and manager. I'll definitely go out of my way to come back and support them.
