Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Bar was packed with football fans. They were busy but no wait for a table. Service was good, no complaints. Ordered 2 mules, 1 Tito’s, 1 Jack. Both were good. They have a wing special. We ordered 15 wings, they were cold. We ordered cheese bacon fries, they were really old and cold. Food was not only cold, but wasn’t fresh. I read all the negative reviews and thought we’d give them a try, big mistake. 2 mules, 15 boneless wings and fries, all as pictured $42. Probably average priced for the type of restaurant. We will not return and wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill quite a bit since last visiting. Service is subpar. After 10 mins waiting to be seated and almost 20 mins of waiting for a server, we decided to walk out. It seems that most of the focus is on the bar area and not the restaurant. This place is a shadow of the Primantis restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. I'm not sure what's going on.

Was there Saturday afternoon (July 2022) and sat at bar. While bartender is a nice person, she was horrible with ensuring the food orders were delivered promptly. I could see a ton of food sitting under food lamps but not moving. The wait staff and management seem to be more concerned about themselves (playing with cell phones, hanging out, and chatting about personal things). Our rueben sandwich came out cold with nasty soggy fries. Slice of pizza was luke warm. Probably all was properly made, just not distributed to the customer and sat under heat lamps while the bar tender, wait staff, kitchen manager all were preoccupied with themselves (cell phones, idle chat...). Never going back to any dirty Primanti's again. It was filthy.

If you love LimoBeans it's there. Some get paid big bucks in this LimoBeans. Served with grits that will stick inside your mouth. Get there early on weekends or you will miss out. LimoBeans is whats its all about.

We were here on a night when a group of men was being unruly and rude to other guests as well as the staff. It seemed like they were regulars because they called everyone by name. The manager made quick work of the situation by removing the group from the restaurant without further incident. Being a bartender myself, it was great to see management handle the situation with poise, as well as apologize to this that we’re around them. I can’t even really complain about it. My girlfriend and I shared a pizza and had a few drinks. Everything was amazing and I cannot wait until we make it back up this way!

Stear clear of this place unless you do drugs. Every time we go here, three or four of their employees are sitting in a car in the parking lot outfront doing Cocaine and drugs. Witness it many times in the last few months.

Second time, did not disappoint! Our server was polite and attentive. The salads were just what we needed/wanted. When I hear 'house salad', I think lettuce, maybe a cherry tomato, sliced cucumber, average ranch dressing. This house salad was the best ever! hard-boiled egg, sliced tomato, cucumber bite-size pieces, shredded cheese, ranch dressing was excellent! The atmosphere was lively, lots of sports to watch, great beer and wine. We had a wonderful time!

RUN … seriously run any place else. This is second time we have eaten here since they opened. The service is just as slow as the other time. Bread is old and hard. When I spoke with manager he told me it’s supposed to be like that. So I offered for him to feel other slice because it wasn’t hard he declined. Wife had a sandwich that was served on a sub roll of sorts. The meat on the sandwich was burnt and didn’t even cover 3/4 of the bread. The fries were the only good part of the meal. This will be my last review of this place, they won’t get another dollar of my money or a minute of my time! Again RUN! NOW!

Called and expected a 20-25 minute wait which is what we were told. An hour later and I asked for a manager. She was clueless. We won’t be back.

The place was not busy. We waited approx 12 minutes without anyone coming by to get drinks. We were getting ready to leave, and a waitress stopped by. She was inattentive. I received my food first and 8 minutes later my boyfriend received his meal. The manager for the shift ended up comping the pizza because we waited so long. The whole meal was a disaster. We will not be back.

I love the sandwiches just wish they wouldn’t sit people in the back of the restaurant with very little light and sometimes it not bad when the waitress doesn’t write down the order because I’m certain we got the wrong order but it was really good lol how that worked out idk but it did.

First visit to Primanti Bros. was in Pittsburgh, PA, at the original location. Wow!!! What an experience. Since then, they have been bought out, gone corporate, and expanded locations. What a surprise, as we travelled north, to find this location in Hagerstown, MD. Had to stop. Exterior is very appealing. Interior is large with ALL the sports paraphernalia. Service (Taylor) was prompt and courteous. Sandwiches; one Capone (Italian) and one Pastrami Classic were HUGE. Between the two, I'd stick with the Pastrami. Definitely an experience if you're in the Hagerstown area.

We were on the road and stopped in Hagerstown on our way to our final destination. The woman at the hotel recommended this restaurant for diner. The restaurant was mostly empty (Monday night) yet the service was slow and quite unprofessional. My wife had a chicken sandwich and I ordered the steak and cheese. The steak was so salted and overcooked it was inedible. We got back to our room and both of us got sick, which lasted through the next day...a horrible way to have to travel!

Ordered a salad with grilled chicken to go. The chicken was so salty I was unable to eat it. The salad was not fresh... couldn't eat it either.

We Decided to try Primanti Bros in Hagerstown while on vacation at nearby resort.. Let me start by saying the food is good.. Our issue was the absolute lack of service and any kind of professionalism from the restaurant employee. He greated us with what's up bro and I have a 9 to 5 job just here for extra cash .. we did not ask him nor did we care... He didn't know how to remove items from food all he kept saying was not sure how to ring that in computer!!! I couldn't wait to leave he went at sat at a table with his friends who were playing trivia.. Just like any business you are only as good as the interaction with the customer. I paid the bill and even left a 20% tip but we will not return. We do visit the area every summer our favorite rv resort is 15 minutes away.
