I’ve been hearing so much about Big Papi’s and finally got to try it—WOW, it did not disappoint! Hands down the best tacos in Hagerstown. The flavors were unreal, everything was fresh, and the staff was super friendly. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Big papis is One of my favorite places to eat in the DMV area! Big papis has the best tacos! Iv tried everything from the menu not because I’m fat but because everything on the menu is so damn good. I can’t forget about the employees there too! Every time I walk in I get greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles cause they know Ima spend lots of money! And it’s not even expensive! I usually spend about like 40 to 50 bucks on my self but that’s because im a big boned heavy eater that be getting hella food! Go eat at big papis!!! I highly recommend!!! In matter of fact, I’m bout to go there right now.

My wife and I went for a quick bite on 20Jan2025 @ 11:45am ish and though we have eaten @ BigPapis many times prior... Our meal on this visit was worth a 100 💫 review!!!! There was a young lady preparing the food (so bummed that I didnt get her name), but she KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!! My Birria Tacos had a light crunch to them, they were visually appealing/amazing and were OUTSTANDING!!! My wife got the Papi Fries topped with the Birria meat and they were fantastic!!!! The food was prepared like the cook REALLY enjoyed what she was doing. And, we only saw her and another employee that was filling her prep stations while she was cooking, like WOW!!!! 100 Stars for our visit and I WILL be on a recon mission to find out who our mystery chef was, because when she's on the task; the food/meal WILL be OUTSTANDING!

We had birrias tacos and Papi's fries which were excellent. Food is made as you order it. Excellent flavors. Be careful with the orange salsa, it's no joke if you are sensitive to spicy foods.
This is my first time coming here and this place is awesome my food wasdelicious. Thank you for the great customer service. The guy who took my order was very friendly very helpful. Time was round 3pm

I normally don’t do reviews, but I’ve been eating here for a while probably like over a year and my first experience was a 10 out of 10 kept coming back kept going downhill kept having mess ups on my food and today’s done in my tacos wasn’t dipped in the stuff they used to dip it in I had pico no pico my tacos Just no flavor just very disappointed a three out of 10 now and it’s sad even a year and it went from a 10 out of 10 to a three out of 10 I’m done and will be moving on.

I don’t know what it was about the food, but I’ve never had the bubble guts like I did after I ate here. I didn’t make it more than an hour and when I got home, I straight went to the bathroom and everything I had eaten came out both ends projectile style. Worst time of my life. I know this review is TMI but Jesus, I hope to god you don’t have the same experience.
