The food was really good.The waitress checked in but felt like it could have been a bit more. She seemed rushed. Probably was. I was happy they actually got my steak medium rare. A bit pricey but good food .

Was traveling and decided to stop at the last minute.
We had the steak and shrimp. It was amazing steak was cooked perfectly.
Ashlie G waited on us. She was one of the best waitress we have ever had.

We were really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was off to a poor start due to the greeter at the entrance. Upon arrival, we were not greeted at all—no “hello,” no eye contact, nothing. The greeter was busy talking on the phone and didnt even acknowledge us. It felt like we were interrupting rather than being welcomed.

To make matters worse, even though there were multiple empty booths clearly available, the greeter refused to seat us, stating we would need to wait 10 minutes because the server was “on their way to work.” This was confusing and frustrating. If the booths are open and we’re ready to be seated, why hold guests at the door?

Hospitality starts the moment guests walk through the door, and sadly, that was lacking here. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff of the importance of making customers feel welcomed and valued from the start.

wonderful evening. seated quickly accommodating my husband in a wheelchair. our server Joe, was over the top!! excellent service, very personable and tended to our every need, checking in our table frequently!! thank you Joe!!

I eat here every single day, usually sit at the bar. All the waitresses are wonderful, very friendly (Desi, Robin, Rachel, Olivia to name a few). They always ask how is the food. Great people. The food is consistently fabulous. This is a sports bar but upscale, with gourmet meals. A few dishes I recommend: Tavern cut pepperoni pizza (half price on Mondays), Cheeseburger, Wedge salad (if you don't like bleu cheese, then ask for Dr Matt's version), Spaghetti marinara (off-menu but available, because I don't care for their meat balls), and for dessert the to go ice cream (but eat it at the restaurant, you get a bigger portion than the ice cream scoops).

Waiter need more training the wings was week.

Good food and great service, I haven't had a bad time at BJ's yet. Definitely recommend!

I swear this place is nothing like my food from mommas kitchen. I ordered a medium sirloin and they said no medium rare ‘s here said are server and me and my little boot hangs food came out it was as well as my third marriage.My steak taste like coal you get on Christmas morning , it was as hard as a rock.

We had a quick dinner on our road trip and the waiter got us in and out and the food was great!

Overall it was good. Upscale Applebees I would call it. Food was good, drinks were average. Price point was high considering the above. Not disappointing but def won't be rushing back.

Definitely our go-to restaurant in the area (near Whitetail and Liberty ski areas). The food is amazing! I had the chili and the mozzarella and tomato salad. My son had the Southern Fried Chicken. Both were delicious — plus a pizookie for dessert!

Our server, Cim, was also fantastic — super-friendly and attentive. Lots of nice little touches, like automatically bringing out refills when he saw our drinks were low. Could not have asked for a better dining experience!
