We traveled to Black Rock to meet up with family last evening. The food was delicious as usual, but what really stood out was our amazing server Erin. She went above and beyond. What a joy, you are blessed to have her as part of your staff. Highly recommend the food and the experience!
love this place so much. our server Erin was the best server I've had in a long time. super attentive to the details. the little things. she was also fantastic about keeping the area super clean. she was enthusiastic about bringing the food and sharing ideas. Can't wait to come back!
Id like to start off by saying I have been a waiter for 4 years. The operation of your staff was extremely disappointing.
We walked in and it took 6 minutes for a waiter to come to us. Just to let you know I locked eyes with half of the staff and non of them came over because they were all at the bar on their phones.
When we sat down it took 7 minutes to get help. Once we ordered our drinks and mozzarella stick it took 7 minutes for the water and mozzarella sticks...read full review
