Writing this for my husband. He went into pick up food on 10/5/2023 and mentioned the cashier didn't offer him rewards on his purchase like the other customers. They are selective of who they share the rewards information with. The lady advised him she is the manager. He ordered some expensive ribs, cole slaw and baked beans. The ribs didn't taste good like they normally do. They were pretty dry for the last 2 times he purchased them. He did also state he probably won't be going back. We have placed other orders with them in the past. We noticed if you order past 5pm, you get food that's more dry and not as tender.

Food was great I had Mac and cheese brisket bowl and half order baby back ribs. My server was very friendly and gave great suggestions on food I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was awesome!Parking: Right outside the location and at least 20 spots

The smell as you enter the restaurant is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and everything is clean. The ribs could have had more smoke flavor, and they were too tender for my liking. I like to be able to take a bite without everything falling apart. The pork taco was good but way too sweet. .... The fact that Google lets me choose "vegetarian options" as a feature in a barbecue restaurant is funny.

I am in town for work and was looking for a local place to eat. I stumbled across Blackrock. When looking. The smell coming from the restaurant was amazing it just drew me in. The staff were very kind and very helpful with selecting the best meal for what I was in the mood for.I ordered the Pitbeef sandwich and 6 Smokey BBQ wings. The sandwich was perfectly seasoned and the onions were a great addition to the sandwich. The wings were perfectly smoked and the sauce was perfect.I'd recommend Blackrock to anyone in town or to anyone visiting

The restaurant was nice and clean. I got a pulled pork sandwich that was a hefty portion and very tasty. I'll admit I've had better coleslaw (but I eat it on top of my sandwich anyway, so I'm not too picky), but their fries are AMAZING! Seriously some of the best fries I've ever had.
Must visit! Hagerstown’s best BBQ! Best and most fresh barbecue brisket sandwich I ever had! Got their coleslaw on top!

Stopped by passing through the area and the pulled pork was delicious ? the pulled pork tacos were also delicious. Glad we stopped. Restaurant is nice and clean ☺️
We had them cater our son’s birthday party and it was such a great experience! They delivered and set up, brought everything we needed and the food was absolutely delicious, lots of guests asked where it came from. Thank you Blackrock!!
Had brisket bowl which was marbled with large pockets of chewy fat (never had brisket like this before). Several bites off my fork were only fat and stopped at about a third of the way through the bowl and was done. Also, the bowl had too much BBQ sauce. My lunch buddy had the pulled pork sandwich which looked great and according to him was very good. Maybe the brisket was the end of the cut regardless if I do a “do-over” I plan to give the pulled pork sandwich a try. As for server she was great as was the rest of the staff.

This was our first trip here and I cannot say enough good things about Blackrock BBQ. This was for my Father's Day dinner and it did NOT disappoint!The food was amazing; the portions were great; the service was great and the prices were fair for what you got.This will be my "go to" restaurant when I'm in the mood for ribs or bbq.And the owner surprised me with a Father's Day treat at the end of our meal. :)They will have my business in the future!

Pulled pork sandwich was tasty and not greasy. Pit beef sandwich had a delicious spice to it. We ordered only one side, the cole slaw, which was mayonnaise-forward but tasty and was perfect when added to the sandwiches. Very nice, attentive service from both the ladies there. Clean place with good bathrooms.

Came here with my family this evening for dinner and this place is hands down the best BBQ in the Washington county area I believe....there sweet and smoky BBQ sauce was AMAZING....there cornbread had actual pieces of corn and the coleslaw was nice and creamy....from now on this is the only BBQ place we will go too...the service was amazing they tended to all of our needs plus more...thank you blackrock BBQ for such an amazing dinner and amazing service

On Tuesday I had the brisket and let me tell you, it was the best brisket I have ever had! Why? The flavoring was built into the brisket. It was fabulous and no sauce was needed!!
