We had to send our food back because it was cold when it was brought to our table and not made correctly. Then when it came back to the table the second time it was still not made the correct way. The past 3 times we have been there there was something wrong with atleast one of our meals.... Needless to say we will not be going back!!

We just stood waiting to be seated at the desk area of the restaurant for approximately 5 minutes, making eye contact with 3 different employees. There was app 10 cars in the parking lot,probably mostly employee cars, and very few people inside. We were totally ignored. Too bad they were so busy they couldn't seat us for dinner. We will have to give some other establishment our money.

Just wanted to share our experience at the Bob Evans at 1721 Dual Highway in Hagerstown Md. For several weeks now we have been going for breakfast in this location. We have been requesting the same server who should receive the highest recognition. Her name is Amerah. I spoke with her manager earlier this evening. Her name is Noel. I told her how Amerah is so attentive and has such an amazing spirit about her that she lifts up our morning with contagious light. We take our two and half year old grandson who LOOKS for 'Amerah' whose name he's learned. She never forgets his name either. As a former waitress many years ago, we are impressed at her memory and the orders we place that she remembers week to week knowing how many customers she waits on within her days. She is a true asset for Bob Evans. She is greatly appreciated. We will continue to return to this location and spread the word about this particular restaurant. Specifically Amerah. The restaurant in general is clean and the food is excellent as well. They follow specific orders very well.
