Brooke's House Coffee and Chocolate

I visited on Valentine's Day to buy chocolates for my wife. Despite three staff members near the register, no one greeted or assisted me. I waited by the chocolates a few minutes, walked away, then returned—still no help. It’s not my job to alert staff to make a purchase. Frustrated, I left and took my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Got a sausage egg and cheese. The sausage was like rubber and very bland. I want to support local business but I want good product.

Frist time stopping by today and I got the best pumpkin spice latte I've ever had! ☕️? The Barista I had is very skilled and was nice. Its really refreshing to have that type of positive interaction with someone nowadays! Absolutely amazing. I also got some chocolate covered toffee that also tastes delicious.

The store was was really nice and the chocolates looked beautiful.

My husband and I stopped for an afternoon snack. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Chai latte was delicious. Would absolutely go there again.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, but I won't go back because when I sat down I didn't even have time to drink the coffee I ordered before the owner harassed me for bringing in an Arizona Tea from the dollar store down the street. It apparently interferes with his ability to "pay the rent" as he put it. The food is probably good, but he makes a hostile environment.

Wonderful place to grab a cup of coffee and a pastry for breakfast or mid day treat, and don't forget to take home some of the amazing chocolates!!! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.

Always love coming into Brooke's House for a monthly networking meeting. Food is yummy, drinks are perfect, and the staff are phenomenal!
