I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Samy has exceptional customer service, the drinks were amazing, the tapioca is fresh, the fruits, teas, etc are so fresh and tasty. I will be a regular, especially since you can make the drinks with protein!Thank you Samy and Jennifer, we are new to the area, and service like yours proves we made the right choice to move here.

The drinks are awful. I'll eat almost anything, but I threw mine in the trash. The coffee drinks aren't strong, my "frost" drink was barely cold, and I was crunching on all of the sugar at the bottom.

Ordered a chocolate bubble tea, it tastes like straight chocolate syrup, way over done. They wouldn’t refund or replace as it “wasn’t their fault, we didn’t like it as they made it the way they are supposed to and no one else complained.” For nearly $10 a drink it sure is, costumer service! Also I can’t believe that people actually want or are supposed to make that drink with 90% syrup. Will never buy from them again!

Update : They fixed everything called me and told me gonna give me extra tapioca on all my drinks without charging me. They fix the issue I was having quick! The guy was so nice on the phone. Gave all my drinks extra tapioca when I actually only needed it on one of my drinks and I really appreciate it! Thank you bubble house, and would indeed be a loyal customer!

I tried the strawberry brulee and it was AWESOME. It's definitely perfect dessert boba drink. Also tried the Taro frost and it's so refreshing, but the strawberry is my favorite. Staff was really nice and helpful and didn't disappoint on the recommendations.

Worst customer service ever. We ordered a strawberry tea for my daughter, and realized we meant to saw strawberry milk tea - they made us buy a new one (so 2) because they made the wrong one. Worst service ever.
