Charges $1.99 for a whopper patty for a dog, which is good. They charge $1.69 for the little burger patty, which is too high but… I can overlook that as long as they have the deal on the whopper.

I ordered a whopper with cheese meal and they had me pull forwards despite nobody being there which wasn’t a problem I’m sure it’s for their drive thru times however there was no cheese on the whopper and it had jalapeños??? on it. I didn’t even know Burger King carried jalapeños.

I placed the order at 1028 through the app for pickup in drive thru. I arrived at 1032 and they refused to fill my order since it was after 1030 saying it's against company policy. No refund.

Worst BK in town. Horrible service, sodas are flat, food is cold and taste frozen. Ordered a southwest whopper but was given a triple whopper for some reason instead. Way too much money wasted here. We were the only car in the drive thru too!
Solid location overall. A bit hard to access the plaza from the main roads due to traffic. Food was decent and as expected, prices are a bit higher than in recent times.
I had a great experience at the Burger King on Sharpsburg Pike in Hagerstown, Maryland. The drive-thru employee was incredibly upbeat, pleasant, and polite, which made my morning so much better! It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly service when picking up my morning coffee. Thank you for starting my day off on such a positive note! Highly recommend this location for excellent service and a cheerful atmosphere.

The best Manager. He did his job perfectly and I was impressed by his approach: he even cleaned the vent grills in the sales area. I know it must be done by default, but everyone knows that nobody does that, let's be honest with each other. So I really want his promotion, we need such people in the horeca industry.
