Food is yummy, service is great. A wonderful new addition to our neighborhood. Luncheon specials are reasonable with soup or salad included. Soups are wonderful & salads as well!

Let us start off by saying, Thank you Lord for allowing us to have our daughter's Sweet 15th Quinceañera at this restaurant and event room. The experience my family encountered during this celebration couldn't have been better! The owner Mr.Luis and his amazing team of servers went above and beyond to make this important beautiful event for our daughter's Quince. Everything went so smooth with having tables nicely setup, food being served right on point at the perfect time, delicious fresh authentic italian food, the service was spectacular! Anything we needed they provided with care. Everyone here was so kind and caring like no other place in Hagerstown. We can not Thank everyone enough for the outstanding service we experienced yesterday that was just the Icing on the cake for our princess special celebration. Lord willing, we definitely look forward to coming back!Thank you so much!!!!???

I was a bit nervous to try the food but the food is great, fresh and hot. The Service was great too. I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo.

Crab bisque is supposed to be made with seafood stock, and it did not taste like it. It was a cream soup with crab in it. The fried calamari was OK. The seafood alla panna was almost all pasta with 3 scallops and 2 shrimp. The shrimp still had tails on and tasted like it had Old Bay on it. The price is too high for mediocre food and the server could not answer questions about the menu.

Fantastic delicious authentic Italian and wonderful seafood as well! We went twice the first time with 10 of us the 2nd time just the two of us. The pizza is very thin and delicious and the fried calamari was the best we ever had in this area! Will be back again!

This is the third time I have dined at Cafe Roma but it won't be the last! Every meal I have had was absolutely delicious! I have traveled the world and this food compares to some of the best restaurants I have experienced. The food is so flavorful, seasoned perfectly, and made from scratch. It reminds me of a restaurant in Kolkata, India called 'Hatari'. .. people stood in line for an hour to get seated but it was worth it! The service is excellent (smiling, professional, attentive), and the ambiance is nice (soft lighting, quiet conversations). Last night, the restaurant was packed ( unlike my previous two times when my husband and I visited) but the service, ambiance and food was still the same! Food was delicious and came out quickly, servers were attentive and smiling, and the noise level was still so low. This is my new, favorite place to dine... because it feels like 'dining' and not just 'eating out' .

I just ordered some pizza pick up from here. The staff is very friendly I'll give them that positive note. However the pizza was very overpriced and not very good. It was just kind of this bland flatbread with cheese and sauce and pepperoni on it and overall was very bland. However the staff was very friendly. And also this might just be the place to get other Italian food versus Pizza. I was disappointed with the pizza they claimed it was this classic Italian awesome pizza but nothing to write home about, especially for the price they want. If you going to try this place out I would recommend dining in and getting something other than pizza. You might have a better experience than I did. The decor was really nice so I feel like you would get decent Italian food, but of course I didn't actually eat any so I don't really know.
