Restaurant now has a different name: Taco Fiesta Bar and Grill. Very good authentic food. We had birria burrito and shrimp taco salad. Free chips and salsa for the table was tasty. Prices were on par with average in the area. Server was extra helpful and brought more salsa and drinks without being asked. Will go back!!

What a pleasant surprise! We were traveling in I-70 when Yelp led us to California's Tex Mex, which now has a new name. It looked a bit scary, so we almost did not stop...but we are glad we did. The waitress was fantastic. My husband judges Mexican restaurants by their Chili Rellenos; he loved them! I ordered the House Special, a combo of shrimp, beef, and chicken with onions and peppers over rice and topped with a cream sauce. It was lovely. I only regretted that the serving was so large I couldn't finish it, and, since we were traveling I couldn't take a doggie bag. Highly recommend!

Walked in and placed an order for takeout. Paid, got my order and drove home. Was missing an order of tacos, about $7. Called to see what I could do, was told sorry and hung up on. Great way to do business.

Stopped on our way back from DC. Food was AMAZING and the service was wonderful.My quesadilla was one of the best I ever had! Wish it was closer to our home!

Food was ok at best! I ordered while at work for lunch. Received my order only to find out there's no utensils in the bag smh. I call and all I get is sorry, sorry isn't going to get me a fork to eat this over priced bland food. Will never order here again.

As far as the taste of the food from California Tex Mex.... It is definitely the best Tex Mex in Hagerstown. However.. the staff leaves much to be desired. I have probably placed as many to-go orders as I have actually dinned in person. Every single time that I place a to-go order for enchiladas, I specify GROUND BEEF.... But as soon as I get home and cut one of the enchiladas open, it is ALWAYS chicken. The first time that it ever happened, I called the restaurant to let them know. The person who answered the phone literally argued with me instead of offering to make it correctly. That interaction caused me to not go or place an order for months. Until today. I went to dine in person and also placed a to-go order. The food that I consumed at the restaurant was amazing, as always ...but I also placed an order to go. For beef enchiladas. I couldn't be so lucky to get home and actually have beef enchiladas SMH. Chicken AGAIN. Get it together California Tex Mex. This is more than likely the reason why there was only other one table aside from myself who was dinning at this establishment right smack in the middle of the dinner hour.

Delicious. Chips and Salsa brought out right away. Drinks served. We tried the Mushroom Quesadilla, Fish Tacos and Chimichangas (Pork and Chicken). Really Good. Service was fast. Food hot and wonderful. We will be back!!

Anything “chori pollo” and “chori queso” is good here. Their guacamole is made with REAL avocados too.

This place has amazing food ... The chicken fajitas was so so good ... i ordered taco de pollo .. grilled chicken cilantro w/salsa .. the salsa was very spicy good but definitely spicy spicy.. This place is a must try .. !!

Big thank you to you and your staff. We were traveling on a Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend and needed meals for 83 members of NY-TF1 US&R returning from Louisiana after Hurricane Ida . You came through with the meals and they all were delicious. Thank You.
