It’s one thing to say you have #1 large, but another thing to try a get over on a customer and say that they was large crabs when in fact they were small and when told they are not large you said they are. First time at Hagerstown Cameron and last time but these small crabs had a lot of meat in them. But not what I paid for. Th one I was going to in Germantown s just as bad ther crabs where empty. But I was told Frederick is the best, I will let you know on my page, and all my plat form.

called in a order in advanced. got there and waited over 2 hours. get to the window and they tell me they never got the order AND they were out of crabs. terrible organization and pre order process. they let people cut in line and fullfilled their orders while everyone who had earlier times got left out.

3rd time and never again. 1st time they were bomb. 2nd time they weren't done, returned them and they still didn't taste well. Ordered 1 1/2 dozen females. Ordered at 11:30 for 2pm pick up. Got there at 2:06pm. Paid for my order. I should have known when the guy bagging threw a bunch of legs in my bag. Received the bag, not hot, not even warmth was felt. I proceeded home. To eat my crabs solo. Planned on going back if they were decent for the rest of my family. Out of 18 crabs, 5 were edible, and the rest stunk like really fishy or a chemical smell. They were extremely small and light. It's sad that I have to travel 45 mins plus for decent crabs, and they'll still be hot once I get them home. They're only open Thursday thru Sunday. It's no reason they should be reheating crabs over and over. It's really no good selection of food overall in there area. You'd think just bc we're in MD you could get a decent crab anywhere. Thanks for the half bag of crab legs though. If I had Ordered for my family I'd definitely be going back for a refund. Just praying I don't get sick bc one had a bunch of slimy dark goo in it and I had ate the meat from the leg before cracking it. And that is included in the 5 crabs that were edible. Customer service 10/10 crabs 0/10.
I always get the ultimate seafood platter fried. I just went to the food truck about 1:30 this afternoon and by God Moses and his crew really hook this platter up. it's just as fresh as going down to Rockville if not fresher thank you so much Moses and crew

Every year for my wifes birthday we look forward to getting a bushel of crab from Cameron's. Every year we have had great service and quality until this year. We pre-ordered only to have a text 20 minutes prior to pick up that they accidentally sold our bushel. so my wife called them and was told they were sorry this happened but we were actually were "lucky" they messed up because we could get some the following day that we're bigger and the price is usually higher but he would honor the original price. So we reserved some for the following day only to feel as though we were shorted the usual amount. Super disappointing as usually we are impressed with the quality and service.
