I come here regularly, and every visit is great, but today was exceptional! I tried the extra large male hardshell crabs, and OMG they were the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and worth every penny. You can really taste the freshness and quality. Highly recommend to any crab lover!

I don't normally provide feedback one way or another, but the way Cameron's in Hagerstown treated us today, warrants it.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We called to order crabs well in advance of our family get together (wife's 50th birthday) and obtained preferred pricing because of our preorder. We confirmed this, arrived at the time they specified only to find them closed. After calling them we were told that they were closed today and that someone should have notified us. Needless to say, they didn't. So I had a house full of people waiting on crabs that wouldn't come.
The good news was, that we quickly called around and Chicks Seafood (300 Summit Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740) had them and as a matter of fact threw in free butcher paper because Cameron's was so unreliable.
For those that expect their order to be fulfilled, I recommend you choose a more reliable business.
I AM DONE WITH CAMERONS!!!

Cameron’s Hagerstown left us high and dry for our family get together!
Pre ordered crabs two days ahead of time and showed up to pick up our order today to find out the location was closed. When we called to inquire, a gentleman answered the phone and told us that the location was closed today and that there were no crabs available (even though we had an preorder).
We live in Frederick and drove all the way to the Hagerstown location to get crabs for a family gathering.
No attempt was made to contact us to let us know ahead of time.
Thankfully we found another place in Hagerstown that could help us out! Pricing was the exact same as Cameron’s….so definitely consider going elsewhere before ordering from Cameron’s!!

I got the broiled seafood platter with a jumbo lump crab cake, 2pc tilapia, steamed shrimp, broiled shrimp, hush puppies, french fries, scallops! Everything was good just needed a bit more seasoning and a hint of garlic butter! I should have gotten all the shrimp steamed but I'll do that next time! Everything was hot and fresh off the grill! Those hush puppies were fresh outta the pan! So delicious!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Called in Tuesday to reserve a bushel of crabs for my birthday. We also called and re-confirmed the reservation Saturday July 5th morning. But on our way in to pick up the crabs we receive a phone call that oh, we sold out! We reserved these crabs 5 days in advance!!! Way to ruin my birthday and will NEVER get our business ever!

Got Female crabs and 2 pounds of shrimp as a bonus and the order went smoothly. Always a highlight to get crabs for my father on Father's Day.
It’s one thing to say you have #1 large, but another thing to try a get over on a customer and say that they was large crabs when in fact they were small and when told they are not large you said they are. First time at Hagerstown Cameron and last time but these small crabs had a lot of meat in them. But not what I paid for. Th one I was going to in Germantown s just as bad ther crabs where empty. But I was told Frederick is the best, I will let you know on my page, and all my plat form.

called in a order in advanced. got there and waited over 2 hours. get to the window and they tell me they never got the order AND they were out of crabs. terrible organization and pre order process. they let people cut in line and fullfilled their orders while everyone who had earlier times got left out.
