Wow!! The best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. We were the DJ set up at a catered event and This was *chef’s kiss*!!

I’ll preface this review by saying my pops is from Snow Hill(Portland) and my step pops is from Black River(St. Elizabeth) iykyk. Also, i travel to Negril(Westmoreland) frequently. So I’m used to authentic Jamaican Food, Yard Style!
I had the Jerk Chicken W/ Rice & Peas, and Steamed Cabbage. First, the portion was very large!(Thank you) The Jerk chicken was cooked well but, it was covered with so much BBQ sauce that it just taste like BBQ chicken(No jerk flavor) they do cut it up like you get it in Jamaica, so i liked that. The rice & peas were not bad but, I like to be able to taste the coconut milk in my rice & peas. I couldn’t taste it in there. The cabbage was good! I also had a beef patty, it was good. All in all, It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. The best Jerk chicken I’ve had from a restaurant in this Town is from “Mobay”, There the jerk flavor is bold, spicy, and flavorful and no bbq sauce.

Terrible. Jerk chicken is bbq chicken and I found hair throughout my food. Will not be back. Was also hot at the surface and cold at the bottom

Poor business model. They offer a BIGGER portion size for the Double Oxtail on DoorDash which CLEARLY describes this product to include rice and peas. However, if you purchase sides at an extra cost of either $4 or $5, then you get NO RICE AND PEAS! Whats the point of offering bigger portions when you’ll just REMOVE THE RICE AND PEAS, if one decides to purchase more…….. scammers.

Curry goat was amazing, just spicy enough to be delicious, but not too hot. Plantains were perfect!

This is fact the real deal in Caribbean cuisine. I am impressed.

Mouth-wateringly tasty food! We stopped in for takeout before an appointment at the clerk's office and they were super friendly chatting with us while we waited for our food. I got the stew chicken with rice & pease and my partner got the bang bang shrimp with mac & cheese and both were sooo delicious. We don't live in Hagerstown but will definitely make the visit again in the future to try more of the menu!

I had an awesome experience ordering takeout from here. Placing my order over the phone was a breeze, and finding the spot was just as easy. I parked on the street and walked in. My food was ready in just a few minutes.

I went with the oxtail, steamed cabbage, and rice and beans, and WOW—everything was so flavorful. The oxtail was tender and absolutely mouthwatering, exactly what I’d been craving. This place definitely knows how to do comfort food right. I can’t wait to come back for more!

Just got a delicious curry goat/oxtail combo with macaroni and rice and steam cabbage! A+ food. Fantastic all around. They are a very nice building also that they moved across the street. I would of shared the pic but me and my girlfriend absolutely devoured 🍽️

Don’t uber here! Store refused to make food and it negatively affected my delivery account.
