Not much of an atmosphere to go off of. The service was good. The food was good but the drink wasn't for me so I might try a different drink next time I order.

I got dinner here on Friday and took it home to eat and I ate my entire chicken sandwich and then went to eat my fries. I had eaten about half on my fries when I found a black beard hair in my fries. I am completely disgusted and will not be eating here again.

We order inside the store, was 5 employees there I order almost $47.00 dllrs than left and I got home open the combos for my grand daughters and was very disappointed, than open my order and open the brisket BBQ melt and was so bad that in that moment took a pictures of everything, call the store they let me on hold and never answer again. Next day talk to a "manager" she can't do anything so she call the owner, he told her give me his number and call him directly, I did he ask me for pictures , receipts etc I send it and he told me he will call me back few min later lol I'm still waiting and this happen December 26th. This place is not worth it. I will give. CERO STARS......... Don't let me to add the food pictures!

Food here was pretty good, it was my first time having it. Portions were a little underwhelming at the price point. That being said, the burger was very good as were the french fries. Quality was a little better than competitor burger joints, and the location wasn't too busy. Bun tasted like a potato roll. Would go again!

So I get that it's late when I made the order in the drive through (around 945pm) but it shouldn't take 15 minutes with no cars in front of me to make the order. Maybe low staff, I don't know. I ordered about $20 worth of food. Not only that, I asked for the T Pain BBQ burger and heard someone from the speaker go "UGH". Should have just driven away, because I got a checker burger instead of the BBQ burger like I requested. My receipt even stated BBQ, it's clear they didn't read it or didn't care. With that being said, it will be a very long time until I give this pace a shot again.

A young guy was getting a little upset. I was not sure if they had regular fries or just spicy fries. I asked the question again, and he said, "Awww yeah, of course we have regular fries. I said thanks for answering my question, but don't treat me like I am stupid. A woman then finished taking the order. Went to the window and ask the guy if I was talking to him. He said yes. The manager then jumped in and said I was rude to him and I was wrong. I said the customer is always right, and she said most customers are wrong. Ruby said that he was learning. If he did not know how to treat someone, he should not have been working drive thru. Ruby was very argumentative. Did not pay for order and will never return.
