Ordered 2 combos and mozzarella sticks. didn’t receive any fries with my order.. my 2 cokes were both sprites.. and everything was beyond cold and inedible. This location is nothing but inconsiderate people that don’t care about customers and sends literal trash out to you..

I don’t usually eat fast food. BUT checkers has apple pies that are very much like McDonald’s old school fried type. So I got the 2 for deal on 2 apple pies. I continue my drive and about 20 mins of being back on the highway I ate a pie. It had no filling in it at all. Nothing. Not a single chunk of Apple or anything, it was totally dry. So once home I bite into the other one which was pretty much the same way it had a little bit of Apple sauce that coated the inside just slightly, but it was completely hollow, and there were no apple chunks in it. (Photos are of second pie)
I know they were only like two dollars for two pies, but geez, give me a break here!!
Check your pies before you leave or disappointment awaits! LOL

ordered food on monday once we got home noticed it wasnt made as a large order like we ordered...... also my wifes burger was missing bacon..... so we call and was told dont worry we will male it right come out another day and we will remake the whole order for you... fast forward to today my wife waits 25 miutes to be told sorry theres nothing we can do......... needless to say its a sorry excuse for customer service...... also if you cant read add bacon or the word LARGE maybe you shouldnt be working where you have to read.......... last time we will make a purchase from hagerstown location

After I see my doctor each month, I treat myself to checkers fries. They are always hot when I get them and they dont last long. I get the fry lovers xl. Checkers fries are the king of fast food fries and I will fight to the end to defend that statement. 😆
