2 orders. Fries and grilled chicken sandwich meal. The fries and sandwich extremely dry and lacked flavor. The order was wrong even after clarifying 2 times we wanted a meal and a separate order of fries they gave us only a sandwich and 1 order of fries. Not a good experience at this Chick-fil-

The mobile app QR code scanner is useless . Had to go inside even after hanging out of my car In the rain.
Ordered 1 meal, grilled nuggets fries and a shake on doordash. 45 Min and 2 driver’s later it told me to cancel it. So I called Chick Fil A and the manager was so rude, told me their POS system was down for an hour and to call doordash. Well if your POS is down you shoulda called doordash to stop orders til it was back up…not my responsiblility. This store took orders for over an hour left that open when their system was down? Doesn’t matter, if anything is down and not working it’s the stores responsiblility to to fix it not the customers fault. $27 for 1 order of nuggets and an hour later no food and the manager has the nerve to tell me it’s my responsibility….Won’t be ordering from either Chick Fil A in Hagerstown til there is a new manager!

Never have we had a bad experience here, the food always comes out correct and with the line always long it goes very fast. The employees are always pleasant for fast food it's the best.

When going to chic fil a you expect a different level of quality and cleanliness than that of other fast food restaurants. This chic fil a is just not up to par with other chic fil a restaurants. Restrooms were filthy and floors in dining area had trash on them.

I got both a medium fry and a large fry and both were overcooked and dry didn’t even eat the medium and the fries are my favorite part :(

Worst chickfila ever. I have never had an experience where I places a mobile order, sat in drive thru for 20 mins and then they come to tell me they ran out of the food. I ordered in ample time. They didn't give a damn about the inconvenience. As I waited another couple came out and said it was the worst chickfila and they had to get a refund. I will not revisit this place again,wesel Blvd needs new management.

This place is ridiculous I order catering trays every week so last Friday 12/13/24 I had a pick up time of 5:00 I got there my catering order was not ready I waited more then 20 mins in line for them to just throw a tray together and then not to mention it was suppose to be a chilled tray but they gave them to me warm 😡
They getting a 1 star cause the customer service is horrible they lucky they getting that on October 30th I call customer service 800 number I was missing a chicken sandwich and a 12 piece nuggets they was gonna faward it to upper management I said look I just want what I paid for which I'm entitled to they said okay go into the store n tell them n they'll give it to u I called the store spoke to Ian n he said I had to come back that night due to a 1 day policy I told him I live 20 minutes away it's raining I am not he promised me the credit in my app never received it I called a few days later n another manager answered a girl and she went to ask Ian like I was lying he verified n she said she was going to put it in my app now n yet it wasn't done it's be a month and a half I called the customer service number again n they said someone from upper management will call me I called over 2 weeks ago what kind of poor employees managers and area manager they got working for them I will continue to call n get my shit now I'm upset y'all ain't giving me free food I'm getting what I paid for which wasn't a buck lack of customer service

This was a good Chick-fil-A location. The service was really good and the food was good also. Busy drive-thru but efficient as Chick-fil-A often operates them. The dining room staff was nice and they quickly delivered the food that I ordered in the app.

My husband and I eat at this Chick-fil-A 1 to 2 times a week and we have noticed a very steady decline in quality and quanity. The salads and the large fruit cups have been getting increasingly smaller with respect to content. Now it appears the salad container is significantly smaller too. Additionally, 2 out of 3 trips they forget to put the extra salad dressing or sauces they charge us for. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever encountered. And considering I travel for a living and eat at Chick-fil-A all over the country, that is really saying something.
