Chick-fil-A Breakfast Review: A Disappointing Experience

I recently stopped by Chick-fil-A for breakfast, expecting the usual friendly service and well-prepared food they’re known for. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to their usual standards.

I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit with extra bacon something I’ve had before and normally enjoy. But this time, the way my meal was thrown together was really disappointing. The biscuit looked rushed and unevenly assembled, and to make matters worse, my hash browns were completely missing from the order.

What surprised me even more was the service. Chick-fil-A is usually known for its polite and cheerful staff, but the attitude at this location felt off. The person taking my order seemed impatient, and when I asked about my missing item, the response wasn’t as friendly or helpful as I’ve come to expect.

Everyone has an off day, but part of what keeps me going back to Chick-fil-A is their consistency and attention to detail. This visit, however, felt like a complete miss on both food quality and customer service. I’m hoping it was just an isolated experience and not a sign of declining standards.

Oh and they threw my bacon like this in a container instead of placing it on my sandwich as requested.
