Overall this was a good stop. First time in a Chili’s, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a porterhouse steak which was good tasting, and perfectly cooked, but pretty fatty. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful, but our server was a little distracted by the friends she was hanging out with. The place itself was nice enough, but really loud. Prices were reasonable and the menu was broad enough. So, yeah, a good stop. Maybe not a first pick, but I wouldn’t turn my nose up at it.

I just got home from my visit to Chili's in Hagerstown. My experience there was a huge disappointment. I took my girlfriend there for a late dinner, after standing at the host podium for 5 mins, were we shown to our table. The server took our drink order and wanted to take our food order, i advised her we just sat down and would like to look at the menu. She came back 10mins later and took our order. We ordered the Dip Trio for an appetizer, we also gave her our meal order. I ordered the Triple Dipper and my girlfriend ordered the Smokehouse combo. The dinner entrees came out 35-40mins later, i asked the Server for our appetizer because we were still waiting for basically chips and queso. The server brought out the appetizer 5 mins later, it obviously was sitting for a while, the queso was room temperature, the dips tasted "meh", not interesting at all. The chips were so thin, you couldn't dip them because they would break apart going into the cool queso.
My Triple Dipper was a huge disappoinment, the Nashville Mozz tasted like they were dipped in grease, honestly they tasted like crap. The Southwest egg rolls were decent tasting and my two sliders tasted so dry, i had to take sips from my tea to help the taste. My girlfriend's dinner was the chicken crispers, chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, french fries, and the street corn. The chicken crispers were dripping grease, the french fries were cold, the quesadillas were dripping grease as well. I can honestly say the best tasting part of both dinners and appetizer was the street corn and that room temperature as well. The service was as unattentive as you could imagine. It was a different server who brought out the food, our regular server came back to check on us after we were done eating, we asked for a box, she brought out the box and walked away. Our drinks were never refilled nor were we asked if we needed a refill. The only positive part of our experience was the place was clean. I will never go back to this circus, i would get better service going to McDonalds. I would suggest to anyone to skip going to the Hagerstown Chili's and eat somewhere else, anywhere else would be better.

Too long of a wait, the food had to be sent back to the kitchen. So much was unwelcoming in the atmosphere. I will not return. The waiter was very polite and each time I called he to the table she was calm and handled the issues.

So I thought they didn't close until 10pm but when I called for a take out at 945 he said they don't take orders that late because they are about to close I was 1 min away so I figured I'd stop in and order well the doors were locked at 950. I'm confused if you close at 10 why can't I order or stop in and order? Why are the doors locked before 10pm? This is the one in Hagerstown, I have ordered at like 958 in Martinsburg and the manager still made my order. Because they don't close until 10PM!!! If you close at 945 they say that!!! Tired & Hangry!!! (hungry&angry) Unsatisfied Customer!!!

Friday the 29th me and my family decided to eat chilis for dinner and we did not get the service we expected. Our server was not very attentive to our table, messed up our order multiple times on his end, and did not check on us for refills, help, or any questions we had. We also have multiple people bring out our drinks and food because our server was not on top of his job. In addition our food was under quality this night.

This was the worst experience I’ve had ever at chilis, the attitudes were so poor and it was very dirty inside. We used the bathroom and employee was in there on her phone FaceTiming someone, another person walked out of the kitchen in slippers. We asked our waiter for help to use a reward and he huffed and puffed and said “Jesus” like it was a giant deal. Our first waiter wasn’t attentive at all, asked what we wanted to drink and then stood around talking, so another young man brought them out. When the drinks came out my cup was dirty and had an onion smashed on the side of it. Our food took almost an hour to come out and wasn’t even good and the one appetizer wasn’t fully cooked, and they were not busy. I do not suggest eating at this location, attitudes are poor and restaurants is filthy.
