Dan the manger needs to be re-trained. Walked past our table several times & never uttered one word. Guessing it’s the pigmentation of our skin. From one restaurant manager to another Dan needs to do better. The restaurant wasn’t busy @ 5PM. We left at 5:45

I am giving 5 stars because my server Halianne. she was absolutely amazing. She is very quick and she is always running around to get what she needs done. I get my food a few moments within placing it, such great service.

My wife's asparagus was so salty that it couldn't be eaten. I mean seriously, it was a practical joke amount of salt... a dangerous amount of salt. It couldn't be eaten. We asked our server to have it replaced with unsalted asparagus which she did promptly. They then had the audacity to charge us for the extra side of asparagus. I ordered a steak medium, and she ordered a steak medium well. Mine came out well done, and hers came out rare. Not good.

The service was very poor. The burgers were the poorest burgers I have had in a long time. Honestly, Mc Donald's would have been a better burger and I am not a fan of them either. Really missed the mark tonight.

To be fair they were very busy. We sat at the bar, the didn't get us our appetizer. They added a drink order that wasn't ours. They did fix those things, which we appreciated, however I gave the lower marks because of them complaining about their coworkers. I get that not everyone gets along, just don't do it in front of customers!

I had the best experience at Chili’s thanks to my server, Cristal! From the moment she greeted our table, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out just right.What really stood out was Cristal’s positive attitude, she made the meal so much more enjoyable with her kindness and energy. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her service. Honestly, she’s the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant, not just Chili’s. If you’re dining here, ask for Cristal you won’t regret it. She turned a regular dinner into an amazing experience. Chili’s is lucky to have her! My wife and 2 of my son’s step kids were here from Illinois staying in a hotel in Hagerstown, MD. We stop at this Chili’s Grill & Bar for a quick meal. Everyone’s food was good except my classic chicken nachos and the chips and salsa. My classic chicken nachos were very much overcooked, the chips and nachos had scraps chips, the salsa was very watery. Our waitress was very busy so we didn’t bother to send my food back. For that I give this over all review a 3.5 star
