My wife and 2 of my son’s step kids were here from Illinois staying in a hotel in Hagerstown, MD. We stop at this Chili’s Grill & Bar for a quick meal. Everyone’s food was good except my classic chicken nachos and the chips and salsa. My classic chicken nachos were very much overcooked, the chips and nachos had scraps chips, the salsa was very watery. Our waitress was very busy so we didn’t bother to send my food back. For that I give this over all review a 3.5 star

I have been going to this restaurant for a long time and much like any other business, they’ve had their ups and downs. Today was definitely a stellar experience! My food was spot on and came out in a timely manner. My service was excellent., The greeting at the door was warm and welcoming! Thank you Makaya ( sorry if I misspelled) and Asia were amazing! I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Chilis!
