Food is chipotle so good but the service workers are so rushing and disrespectful :( Ive worked in customer service my whole life and I know sometimes we have bad days but it seems like it’s every time I come in I feel like I’m bothering them which isn’t okay!!

Overpriced for the amount of food they give you. Especially if you order it for delivery. Literally nothing in the bowl and two bowls for delivery cost us 56 dollars.

I used to love this place, but they sure have gotten stingy with the meat. My burrito was 90% rice. Highly disappointed

Supposedly the CEO is going to absorb tariff costs, so I'm posting this on March 3 2025 for reference for when their shareholders stop that real quick. I'm calling your bluff now.

I go here about 2-3 times a week. I always come in and get my LEO discount. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered to write a negative review. But I deal specifically with the criminal mentally unwell/unstable population. I had Just took my break to cool off after a really rough incident at work, grab some food and decompress. So being told straight to my face I am not law enforcement (I’m literally in uniform at checkout) was not a pleasant thing to hear for me to hear. The food is good and all the staff are nice for the most part when I usually go. Just was shocked to be out right told, while in uniform, I am not a LEO.

The past couple times I’ve been to chipotle the customer service is very very awful they’re very rude and just don’t care about the Customer at all in my opinion

Atmosphere was decent. Service was subpar, food was bad. The steak burrito had a leaf in it, and I almost vomited as I was so grossed out. I will never be back.

I got a 25 dollar gift card for christmas, went in Chipotle, got up to ring out gave my gift card, so 25 of it was paid there was a 6 dollar balance left i scared my card twice it declined. Noticing after I had to the wrong card, then proceed to ask if I could call my boyfriend and get the card number and give it to them over the phone.. They told me no we can't do that. I said you take online order but can't take a card over the phone for 6 dollars and some change.. Well after they declined to do that. I asked for my gift card or another gift card back to replace the 25 dollars I didn't get to use.. They then proceed to not give it to me.. The whole plan was to run home grab the right card go back and get food. Instead they didn't give me ANYTHING. I WENT BACK AND PAID FULL PRICE FOR OUR DINNER ! THEY ACTED LIKE THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT HAS HAPPEND 15 MINS PRIOR ! AFTER I PAY, I proceed to call corporate. They then told me they would send an email to get 2 free entrees, I stayed on the phone with the woman until I checked my email to make sure I got the email before hanging up. I did not get the email. I ended up giving an ANOTHER EMAIL to send it too .... Also did not receive it i ended up hanging up with her before hanging up as it was not my email but my boyfriends and he was on the way home He checked his email TWICE, I checked my email AGAIN and NEITHER EMAIL GOT ANYTHING FROM CHIPOTLE!!!
SO A CHRISTMAS GIFT I WAS GIVEN TO ENJOY GOT THROWN IN MY FACE AND THEH MADE A EXTRA 25 DOLLARS!!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE

I took the fam out to Chipotle for the first time. We each got the bowls ,all of us enjoyed them . The food all seemed fresh and tasted great.

It’s was kinda crazy being that it was trick or treat night but must say the crew did there thing and operation ran smoothly

Takes to long to get orders most times I show up for pick-ups. Workers will look at you and wait until I get to the counter then walk away from me without even asking how they can help me. So I waite and waite even after asking someone how long the pick-up order I have is going to be and being told it's coming right up now. Like don't lie if you don't know but go find answers and real times. Like oh, you have 3 orders ahead of yours so it will be about 15 minutes or whatever like that not it's coming now but I waite 20 plus.

My husband and I ate their yesterday afternoon and bought two brisket bowls, two reg. drinks. With sour cream on one bowl. Paid $35 and some change. Paying wasn't a problem but for food neither one of us could eat after a few bites because the lady that made both our meals wouldn't listen to us. She added a huge amount of hot sauce when he ask for a very little. I wanted pico but on the side, she added to my bowl and I wanted for chips which I never got. And the brisket was so spicy I couldn't eat any meat in my bowl. I came last week and had the same items and it was perfect.

had a whole piece of hair in my bowl that i accidentally swallowed and in my boyfriends bowl was a piece of plastic! attitude from employees is always very rude.
