I placed an online order for 12:30pm so I could quickly pick up my food during an 8-hour drive. I arrived at 12:45pm and my order wasn’t in the pickup area. After waiting several minutes, an employee came out and abruptly asked if we were waiting for an online order. When I said yes, they scolded me, saying orders haven’t been left in the pickup area “for a long time” and that customers need to go to the register instead.
This was my first visit to this location, there was no signage explaining this change, and the pickup shelves were still set up as if they were being used. A simple sign would have prevented the confusion.
The food was also disappointing. Portions were fine, but the guacamole was inedible due to unripe, hard avocado chunks. I had planned to eat inside, but the tables were so dirty that I ended up eating in my car instead. I am a vegetarian and there was a piece of steak in my bowl.
Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.

The drive through has gotten my order wrong 5 out of the last 5 times I've gone. I'm vegetarian and get veggie and 2 of those times I either gotten meat in the burrito or once was just a chunk of chicken in the side of queso. Corporate has been kind enough to give me 2 free entrees so far but seriously, they mess up every time. I don't get their guac because it's hit or miss but each time the the veggie burrito still has the guac on it. They're just sloppy

This is one of the worst when it comes to portions. This lady time I went i ordered extra chicken which I'd almost $4 extra and when I get home there is barley any beans rice or chicken it was so pitiful. Im tired of them being so stingy especially when I pay extra so I have enough to split for lunch the next day. I definatly will not be back any time soon

I ordered a vegan burrito using the Chipotle App. It was -- as I expected -- excellent. After picking it up at the store I brought it back to the motel and enjoyed it.

Today I ordered online and when I got home I found there was so so less food that it was not even enough to feed a toddler. They simply cheat and scam when you order online. Hagerstown chipotle the one in dual highway I ordered there. It’s horrible. The girl was even very reluctant to give the sides.

Been coming here because it's close to me.went there tonight. Had to wait 15 mins for steak to cook and when it was done they took it over to the drive thru area.while I was waiting the young lady took a soapy towel to clean off where they prepare your orders. She was knocking food off the preparation area back into where the food is kept.all the tables were filthy.the area where you get drinks and utensils was disgusting. All the utensils were out.oh and the last time I was here I watched an employee serving in the drive thru drop soda lids on the floor and put them back to be used..also tonight I saw a piece of green pepper that still had the sticker on it.are stickers supposed to be edible?

I didn't know the Carne asada would be so spicy. I love Chipotle, but I just wish they had one option for people like me who can't handle the spice. I also ordered a bag of chips and paid for them, but the cashier was so timid and shy that she let me walk away without them. I was too tired to go back and get them.
Felt rushed when ordering for 2 people. Wish I would have used app instead. Could barely understand people who worked there. Found bone in my food

Came in and no one would great us, the cashier stared and started talking someone else, who started preparing food for the drive thru, and the other two cooks where to busy talking and hanging out on there phone to acknowledge us standing there at the start of the line. Food wasn't great either, go to the valley mall location and skip it altogether and go to taco bell
