I stopped by to grab some food for myself and my one-year-old son. The food tasted great and the staff were very friendly. I asked for something not spicy at all for my son, and the staff recommended the chicken. Unfortunately, it turned out to be spicy, so he wasn’t able to eat it. That was disappointing, but I have to say the food itself was delicious.
It might be helpful if staff could try the food themselves or perhaps offer a small sample, so parents don’t accidentally give something spicy to their little ones.
Overall, a good experience, but I’d love to see more clarity around which items are truly mild or kid-friendly.

A burrito for $23? I wouldn't mind if it would had been worth it. It did not taste bad it just tasted normal. I would go spend half of that in a full meal at taco bell and it would taste just the same. Go to your local Mexican restaurant, their burritos will taste as good as Chipotle. The Chinese buffet would had been a better choice, same price three times the food.

An overall poorly run location. Why have online drive thru pick up an option when it takes more time than ordering insider the store itself. Defeats the entire purpose. Cost of menu has been steadily rising while service goes through the gutter.

highly dissatisfied, I place an order for 2:50pm today 07/20/25. I went to the store in dual high way in hagerstown & the lady at the fastline was rude, I wait 15 min waiting for the to turn her head to the window, she was making an order but they make people wait instead of ask people in the window the name of the order on top of that the lady was rude, mad worst customer service. This is the second time they do this to me!

The wait was long but the worst part was that after purchasing a fountain soda and letting staff know that the Coke was dispensing water, instead of refunding me for the drink, they filled it up from the drive thru fountain which had the same problem. Such a waste of money.

Was completely talked down to. They refuse to take an item that’s out of stock off. I go there to get a refund for a nasty order and told to call a 1-800 number because there “health inspector” was there.
Then when I told him I should still be able to speak to a manager and get a refund I was told “at least I wasn’t told I couldn’t get a refund. I don’t write reviews but this is ridiculous!

They scooped 3 big spoonfuls of rice on there and just a tiny amount of meat. I asked is that all the meat I get? They said yep. I didn't really want a rice burrito, I wanted a meat burrito. It still tasted ok. I was just disappointed by the shrinkflation.
I have ordered delivery twice. The first time I ordered chips and queso and had a free guac with my meal. I received my meal, queso and guac…no chips. I ordered a quesadilla today with extra rice. I got zero rice. Is it really that hard to get an order correct?

I asked if I could please have a veggie burrito cut in half and packaged separately. The two ladies behind the counter pointed me to the dining area and said, “We have plastic knives over there.” I went elsewhere. Very poor service attitude.
