I ordered a Beyond burger which they offered on a hamburger bun - minus the mayo and cheese, etc. or asked did I want it on lettuce. I also ordered a veggie platter which included collard greens, rice with house made seasoning, herbed green beans, and southern cabbage. All large portions and delicious.Vegetarian options: When I was selecting they shared vegetable options not strictly vegetarian ... Let them know about your diet.

I am stuffed. Had the catfish sandwich with fries and I couldn't stop eating it was so good! The banana pudding was delicious. It's different from what I'm used to texture wise but the flavor was fantastic! Can't wait to be back and try other dishes.Thursday, March 14 update: I had a dream about the catfish sandwich. That's how good it was!Note: Not once did that sandwich leave my hand once I had the first bite.

First time ever trying here and WOW!! Food was so good and they were a fun and chatty bunch. I got the fried chicken and waffles, and the chicken was so crispy but also juicy and the waffles really pulled it all

If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! The service is fantastic ? and I can honestly say that they served me one of the best burgers I've ever had! I am beyond words to what I can say about the food at this café. Is my second time coming and words cannot even express how good the food is. The first time I had the ribs and yams. The yams were so amazing. I had to come back for more. Today I had the catfish yams cornbread. The nice gentleman also gave me a sample of the ox tails. It is all to die for. It all tastes like homemade and the flavors are like fireworks in your mouth. The cornbread was magnificent, so moist so buttery With an amazing taste, the catfish was done just perfectly and the oxtails has an amazing flavor. This has to be my new favorite place to eat. Service was also great everyone nice that I've met that work there. I feel like everyone should try this amazing food.

Just had an amazing experience the food looks amazing and the service is top tier they love to look out for you I got asked about gravy they made I declined but they let me try a sample and it was really good. I highly recommend to anyone.

The fired chicken here was straight fire. Best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The Mac and cheese was on point. Only critique I have is collard greens needed some more seasoning. Beyond that the service and food are top notch

If your looking for great food,stop here. Was there on Saturday and the food definetly didn't disappoint. Guy at the counter and his mom were super charismatic and charming. Fish was a little overseasoned but still tasted great. Will definetly be back for the corn bread,fresh made tea and the collared greens.
