My first time ever going to a Chuck E Cheese but my daughter wanted her 8th birthday party to be here. The party experience was horrible from start to finish. We arrived 13 minutes early, we were told we could be 15 minutes early, the lady working the register did not know how to pull up a party so she got help. The lady that came to help took us back to our party table and the party planner told us that we were early and should not be there yet. I advised her that we were told we could arrive 15 minutes early, at this time it was 9 minutes early. We were the first party to arrive, shortly after 2 more parties arrived. There was no organization at all, the table was missing a kids cup & party hat. The cup was brought but not a party hat, was told they were out. I asked for 10 adult cups which I had to ask for a couple times before they were brought to me. The party planner placed all of the other party food orders before ours, we were the last to get our food even though we were the first to arrive. When the kids pizza arrived, I was given a pepperoni and a cheese which I ordered 2 pepperoni. I did not complain because kids will eat the cheese. Shortly after the party planner comes to me and says "we had you down for 2 pepperoni pizzas and you took my cheese pizza for my other party, now I have to make them another pizza." I responded I'm sorry but your staff was the one who brought it to my table and placed the slices of pizza on all the plates. I tried to order extra pizza from the party planner to be added to the party to which I was not able to do so had to go to the counter and pay individually for that. The adult pizza that was part of the party package was not brought to the table until 25 minutes before the party was suppose to be over. At 5 pm (suppose to be the end of the party) I had to go looking for the party planner to advise her that we still had not received our dippin dots, done cake yet with Chuck E and the birthday song or the ticket blaster. She quickly came over and rushed the rest of the process, we were brought the dippin dots to the table for the kids without any spoons, there was no utensils at the table. We had to search for spoons because the kids were eating it with their fingers. They rushed through Chuck E and the birthday song, my daughters candle was not even lit at the time of the birthday song so she randomly had to blow out a candle way after the song was over. The ticket blaster had very little tickets in it to begin with but then they let the kids from the other parties go in and keep their tickets so by the time my daughter got in it, there was maybe 20 tickets it. On top of that several games were not working at all, including the sketchbook which I wanted a pic with my daughter for her birthday. I could go on and on about this but what I will say is, it was the worse experience I have ever had at a place that I rented for her birthday. I paid $35 per kid and the service was the worst every. I will say the pizza was good though!

I have grown children and now grandchildren and have been to MANY Chuck E. Cheese’s over the years. This is, by far, the cleanliest and friendliest I have ever come across. The staff was the most helpful, accommodating, and attentive I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend this location to any and all. And to boot, my experience was on a Saturday, of all days, which I think everyone knows is typically the busiest and most chaotic.

I took my 2 children to Chuck E. Cheese today, we did not have a good experience, my daughter is autistic, children in the spectrum like to do the same thing over and over, my daughter was at one of the machines or around d 10-15 minutes, one of the workers came over and told her she needed to get off of it, my daughter was very upset and wanted to leave. She was really enjoying herself, so after they kicked her off the machine she came and told me and there was. No one waiting, I told her to get back on it she did then another worker came over and told her the same think them I went to ask the worker that approached my daughter and she said they're were people waiting. Even if that was the case. We bought our minutes I told her I didn't know that people had a time limit. We were getting ready to leave because my daughter was upset then a gentleman approached me, mind you I didn't even ask to talk to a Manger, he asked me how our visit was and I told him it was ok. Then he said oh that's not acceptable, we want you to have a great experience what happened then I told him that a worker had approached my daughter and told her to get off the machine, he was nice and told my daughter that he'd go with her. My daughter is still upset.

We didn't order food, just drinks & I thought that was a little pricey BUT other than that, this is our favorite Chuck E Cheese location! There's 3 that are within an hour for us & we've always liked this one the best! The staff are so freaking friendly & are always on top of things. My kids love coming here. We come 2-3 times a year. Thank Yall for always being wonderful
