We drove took an hour drive (normally 30 minutes) to try this Cinnabon. We took home a box of prepackaged Cinnabons and they were so delicious. Great amount of icing of course we took home extra 😉 because we love the icing. The man and woman that helped us were very sweet and the stand was very clean. We can’t wait to come back!!

Today was a special birthday in our family so we were going to celebrate with Cinnabon. We see advertised on the counter, as well as on the tv displaying the ads, $18.99 for 16 Bon Bites. That’s what we wanted so we got the counter and asked for the 16 Bon Bites for $18.99. I was told they couldn’t be sold that way, they could only be sold in sleeves of 4. I told the young man I didn’t want that I wanted the $18.99 deal. He kept telling me he couldn’t sell them that way. After 6 minutes of trying to figure out why we couldn’t get the deal that is advertised we just left without buying anything and went to Auntie Anne’s. I’m very disappointed that Cinnabon advertises something that they cannot sell. We will no longer be going to Cinnabon.

Had a young hispanic Male store clerk behave hostile & in a threatening manner towards me earlier this Spring 2024. I requested the manager's contact info. from the other female clerk & they both spoke & gave me a phone number from their mobile phone. I contacted corp. via their website to file a complaint and guess what happened..? Nothing. No one from Cinnabon corp. office or cust. suppt. cares about ea. customers' personal experience or the fact that their employees are threatening shoppers personal safety. To make my experience even worse, I had my young elementary school daughter with me looking on in horor .Employees like him make me feel like there is def. a reason to be ready to take self defence actions.

Cashier...hard to understand...got upset when I asked her to repeat her answerfinally we just walked away
They are supposed to close at 9pm. Two times we went and they were closed before 8pm. Very disappointed!!
