Café del Sol - Hagerstown East

The food is excellent, I especially love the pizza, and there are a few pescatarian or vegetarian choices. Some of the service staff are somewhat lacking. When we went there a few days ago, the hostess looked like she was annoyed and irritated to seat us and bring menus. After that, the server had no expression. She didn't ask how we liked the food. There was no discussion, nothing friendly, and not even a smile. I still tipped 25% because I try to do right unless it's horrible. On the other hand, I worked for several years as a server in Red Lobster and several other restaurants. We could never behave and work in that way.

I ordered take-out for lunch. I got the Chicken Caesar Wrap with fresh cut fries and a sweet tea. LET ME TELL YOU.. this is some of the best food I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Everything was so tasty and full of flavor and perfectly done, even the fries. You can tell it was cooked with passion. Compliments to the chef! I absolutely WILL be coming back again!

This place inside is such a vibe, I love the atmosphere. Everything is brand new, modern and sorta beachy. Employees were very nice and even checked to make sure my order had everything right before I left. I’m so happy we chose Cafe Del Sol today! Thank you guys!!

We were just passing through. My husband got the 1/2 panini, lobster soup and sweet potato fries. - off a $15.75 menu
I got tacos.
The food was good, and it has both indoor and outdoor seating. And we got thank you mints on leaving.

The ambiance was wonderful. However, when the appetizers we ordered were brought to the table, were not hot at all. The avocado fries were hard and the mazza Luna were very cold. The main course that was ordered was very bland (all meals). The service was not great. Very slow. I highly recommend going to the location on Salem Ave or the location in Martinsburg WV.

Cafe del Sol has always been one of my go-to spots for lunch. I enjoy the lunch trio which includes a sandwich, soup, and side.
Service was a bit slow even though we were one of 5 tables in the entire restaurant.
The quality of the food is mid-range as is the price.

Long wait for the food and when it arrived at my table the foods are cold. The chef do not wear glove it's very unsanitary. They literally holding the fries with their bare hands. I do not recommend this place.

Checked out the different location and it was amazing! Ava our server was so personable and friendly. Food was delicious. Place was packed! We will now make sure this is on our local restaurant rotation for sure!
