Thank you to the staff who worked today on 11/19/2025! My son came in for his birthday desserts and we asked them in the note to sing him happy birthday and they surely did! such a sweet and special touch for his 6th birthday. Thank you so much for the sweetest little gift he’s received all day!
These are good cookies, no doubt. But the price is very high, the packaging always allows the cookies to get jammed up against each other, and the diy ordering is confusing. Also, we got 6 large cookies and two were dry and seemed old. I'd like more of a selection, too. Overall, neat experience, but IMO not worth the cost.
Crumbl cookie is a hit or miss sometimes but still good I would recommend to all of my friends to try it because out of all 6 or 7 cookies they have each week at least half will be good because they’re never really all that terrible. Keep it up Crumbl.
