This Dairy Queen is trash. As someone who’s worked in the industry I understand when things get overwhelming and busy, but the treatment out of these employees was so nasty and I would never come again. The employees need to be taught how to be decent humans before they learn to improve their customer service.

We had small sundaes and the cups were much smaller than we remembered. So little ice cream for the cost. We’ve been to the DQ in Berkeley Spring and also Shepherdstown, WV and the servings are far superior. Just felt like we got robbed?. Will never go there again.

Usually only get the blizzard treats, occasionally splurging on a blizzard cake. Both are of very good quality.
Counterfeit detection pens are roughly $10.Should post a sign on the front of the building warning customers waiting in line that you can't handle something as complex as using a marker on a Fifty.

The customer service sucked at this location. There was nobody behind me in the drive-thru and we haven't been to DQ in years and the drive thru was the only thing open until 2 P.M.. There are no prices on their website and you can't order ahead for pick up so you don't hold the line up if there was one. God forbid someone needs a minute to order ice cream treats for their whole family. The girl was super rude and pushy. You can tell that kids work there. . . I'll take my children and family somewhere else next time or to a different location at least.
