Sad to say, I had an unfortunate experience at a Denny's today in Hagerstown, MD. I was still waiting for food nearly half an hour after arriving. And the place wasn't even one-quarter full. As I had a doctor's appointment coming up, I couldn't even stay to eat my food (Grand Slam breakfast), so I cannot review the food. My past experiences at this Denny's were good, hence the extra star. Sorry, but absolutely no excuse for service so slow.

My husband and I came in one morning around 1 after a rough day. We were starving and thought of Denny's immediately (we love their burgers and chicken tenders and get their food delivered regularly). We had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Paul. He was the greeter, server and seemed to be running the place alone that night. He was incredibly personable, made sure our food was made just as we asked for, and would shout encouraging and positive words to the kitchen staff. We told him how much we appreciated the good service and what a great job he was doing. The food was delicious (as per usual). We highly recommend this Denny's!

My food was great but terrible too and my bill was 31 something and they are the most expensive restaurant in the entire world maybe if it was free then they would make better business.Parking: We have to park in a parking lotKid-friendliness: They are nice to kids too.
I ordered online around 9pm. The food was ready before the indicated time. Pickup at the counter was quick and simple.

I stood waiting for over 15 minutes after the order was already made. People just pass me and passed me and everyone else who ordered and came up after me got their food. And I it was just people being rude but I was called girl twice and if you've never been called girl in the south then you don't know what it feels like to be called girl and know what they mean by that
