I have been a customer of Domino’s for 2 years. I have my own Domino’s account for rewards and order from them often, but I can’t even justify the recent service that I have received from them. The only way I can describe it is purely lazy and incompetent.
I had made an order a week ago and received food that I could make better, but this is what I get for being lazy. I got my pizza with unbelievably thin crust, to the point that there was no sauce, it was just cheese. As if that wasn’t bad, I threw a small party for 7 people. The same issues were present from the crust being thin, toppings that were not ordered, to straight up not receiving the food I ordered.
Never again, shame on me for being fooled twice.

I had a really disappointing experience. I showed up to pick up my pizza because the app said it was ready, but when I got there, it wasn’t. Despite having around seven people working, no one acknowledged me or could explain why my order wasn’t done. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, only to finally be told they never made my pizza in the first place and had to remake it. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered extra sauce on a barbecue chicken pizza and literallly got one little line of sauce all around the pizza and it had so much cheese on it, I was so disappointed. This place sucks!

The delivery drivers are awesome and friendly. The food is hot & always fresh ingredients. However the Management are absolutely disgusting excuses for humans. The GM created such a toxic work environment pinning employees against each other for her sick entertainment. Minimum wage. I worked her some several years and loved it until the GM retired and the new one took over. Then not only was I fired for being robbed out front of the store by 3 people, there making unemployment very difficult.
I ordered sausage, Green peppers and extra onions… they literally put a tiny piece of pepper on my pizza, half of the sausages were burnt and this doesn’t look like extra onions to me. Truly felt like a hate crime, I still ate it cause I was starvinggg… Dominos pizza usually slaps but this is by far the Worst location in

I noticed I order half enough pizza two different type of pizza in one and you guys give me two different box with the same pizza. What kind of order was that? I was not satisfied with my order I would like a refund. I’m just letting the world know I’m just letting Hagerstown people know although the Wet work delivered the bomb h And take $14 Hagerstown people do not care. They do bad customer service. They do bad service. What’s this all good? I will never order pizza from you guys again.

It's always pretty good but sometimes they rush the Pizza when they're busy but I used to work in a pizza place and I know how it gets. This time it was wonderful though.
Parking: It's just street parking and there's always open spots because the only other people that park there are people that are delivering.
I had a delivery last week Friday at 11:00 am ( at the Super 8) and my delivery driver didn’t disappoint at all. Matter of fact she went above and beyond by providing us with cups, napkins, and plates. I’ve never had this type of superior service before in Florida so I was surprised lol Thank you again ??
