I think I got food poisoning from here. I ordered late last night and a couple hours later I was woken by severe stomach cramps and vomiting. I was scared to order from here because of the bad reviews but it automatically put my order with the location downtown. I gave it a chance but I’m done with Hagerstown dominos.

I have been a customer of Domino’s for 2 years. I have my own Domino’s account for rewards and order from them often, but I can’t even justify the recent service that I have received from them. The only way I can describe it is purely lazy and incompetent.
I had made an order a week ago and received food that I could make better, but this is what I get for being lazy. I got my pizza with unbelievably thin crust, to the point that there was no sauce, it was just cheese. As if that wasn’t bad, I threw a small party for 7 people. The same issues were present from the crust being thin, toppings that were not ordered, to straight up not receiving the food I ordered.
Never again, shame on me for being fooled twice.

I had a really disappointing experience. I showed up to pick up my pizza because the app said it was ready, but when I got there, it wasn’t. Despite having around seven people working, no one acknowledged me or could explain why my order wasn’t done. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, only to finally be told they never made my pizza in the first place and had to remake it. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered extra sauce on a barbecue chicken pizza and literallly got one little line of sauce all around the pizza and it had so much cheese on it, I was so disappointed. This place sucks!
