Had to be one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had, and that is saying something. Had a bad cup at this location (Sharpsburg Pike) once before and thought it was just one of those days. This one was worse. What a waste of $4. Won't ever go back.

Update x2: After a few years, I thought I'd try this Dunkin again. Mistake. There was only one person ahead of us. Still waited after his ordering before we were helped. Watched a staff member cough on the cups she was opening. So, I decided I would get a drink elsewhere. Proceeded to order the 50ct munchkin bucket. Was told they don't have that.
Take down the advertisement then!!! They had plenty of munchkins. If you didn't have the bucket, why not offer the same thing without the bucket?? Nope, she just stood there. Needless to say, I didn't place and order. I'll check it out again in another few years.

Update: They keep the doors locked and won't let customers in, only allowed in the drive thru and cars piled in the drive thru all the way to the Aldi parking lot. Sign on door says no eating or drinking inside. I was just in here a months ago and ate inside. The morning is the busiest for any donut shop...why in the world would you lock your customers out and tell them to use the drive thru?

The food was hot. The staff was professional and pleasant, EXCEPT the older lady with the blonde hair. Openly belittling staff in front of others, she was insanely rude for no reason.

Poor service. No greeting for at least 2 minutes, although there were 5 employees working the drive-through orders. No, thank you, and I had to ask for my receipt. I rarely go there and will keep it that way.

The employees are nice but I wish they would listen to orders better, multiple times i was there my order was messed up, nothing big like I order a Vanilla Ice Coffee and they skip the vanilla, or I order a Hot Vanilla Cappuccino but I receive a just hot coffee in a cup with Vanilla in it as in no espresso and no foam, no sign of a Cappuccino inside. In the end my one complaint about this place is that employees have a tendency to not listen to orders carefully a make sure they get it right.

Today I was here with my sons for my free donuts they have the poster up. And cashier tell me that is over. When the poster is up ???

This place is the only location that gets my order right every time I travel to this area but I've heard other people say they have come here many times and if something on their order was wrong they are quick to fix it. So far everyone has been friendly.

Several times I've gone to this location with 15 minutes to spare before closing. Turned away at the window and told they're closed for cleaning. Going to make sheetz the go to from now on for hot/iced coffee.

Went in on Veterans Day to get my free Donut. The 3 workers gave me an attitude when I showed them the promotion of the free donut and they said that I needed the app to properly get the donut. Which is not true. The one Supervisor on shift was very short with me and didn't go out of her way to do her research. I left without purchasing anything.....I just wanted my $1.49 free donut

We went through the drive through and repeated our order to the cashier 5 times and even corrected her when we saw the order was still wrong on the screen. Once we made it to the window both coffees were wrong but one was salvageable, the other was supposed to be an XL decaf almond spice coffee it they gave us black decaf. We went through 3 different workers trying to explain it was wrong and was repeatedly told they don’t make that. I pulled the app up set to their location and showed them the exact order available at their location. They made it again but with just pumpkin spice, now we were loosing patience quickly so they said to pull up and they would get it correct. We pulled up and waited almost 10 MINUTES before going inside to see what the hold up was. THEY HADNT EVEN TRIED TO START REMAKING IT! They just told us to pull up in hopes we would wait long enough, give up and drive away. I have NEVER had to repeat an order so many times and deal with absolute disrespect and laziness at ANY other Dunkin. I had asked for a manger or someone who may know the menu better and was ignored. This experience was absolutely wild and as someone who works as a manager in retail if my team ever treated a customer like this I would be mortified and conversations would be had.
