I don't go here often. My mom and I stopped here during a busy day of errands for breakfast food, we already had coffee from home. We placed the order on her phone and she went to the counter to get it while I went to the Aldi next door for juice. The food was hot, SEC Croissanwiches, and they were good.

This location will charge me for things I never ordered and then won’t give me the items I did order. I will wait in the drive through while they actively ignore me. I have received the wrong coffee more than I have gotten the right one. There is always an attitude at that store giving it a hostile environment. I will not be returning to this location.

3rd time they've given me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea and I have to go to another Dunkin to get a couple pumps of liquid sugar to make sweet tea... I guess this isn't my stop Anymore thanks...

I've loved this establishment up until today. Me and my family were in the drive thru ordering and my brother requested to know what ice cream flavors they had. The gentleman on the speaker was reading them off and said a word in Hindi which we know what It means but brushed it off as maybe he messed up. He continues reading and read the word off again to this point we knew it was not a mistake and my husband started speaking Hindi back with the gentleman. The word was very vulgar starts with a p and ends with y. Luckily we knew what he was saying but imagine someone who did not. The gentleman on mic kept repeating sorry but was also laughing which only proved he did not care. Hopefully a manager or someone sees this and makes this worker take accountability.

I got a turkey, egg and cheese on an English muffin. First Dunkin to have their eggs actually taste like eggs. The guy at the window was very polite and made sure he had gotten everything quickly and correctly.

If I could give it no stars I would! Went here to order and the screen was down so we were trying to look on our phones at the menu and the lady who happened to be the manager kept asking if we were ready. I told her no and then when we were she didn’t respond to us at all so we left. They don’t care about business or customers!

We stopped in at 8AM on a Sunday. We were greeted with a friendly “Good Morning”. Order 2 coffees to go. Order was fixed accurately and fast. Will def be backKid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere.Parking: .Parking is plentiful. We were able to park our 25 foot motor home with no problem. This dunkin sits next to an Aldi so there is plenty of overflow parking, too.

Shame on you for now charging extra if no ice is requested on ice coffee. I know its more of the actual product but you're already charging a high price for it being watered down with ice. I've been getting the ice coffee for several years now and never noticed an extra charge for no ice until today. You just lost me as a now very unsatisfied customer.

This location is easily one of the best in Hagerstown. The staff have been extremely warm and kind. They've always been very efficient. Even with a drive-thru line wrapped around the building, they are extremely quick!It's in a good location off 65, where everything is open and safe.Parking: Tons of parking.
