This DD location is consistently fast, pleasant, and accurate at filling my food and drink orders. Very pleasant interactions. I have gotten spoiled by the fresh donuts and sandwiches. Never in my life did I go to a Dunkin’ Donuts and was told that I had to have bacon on my sandwich in order to purchase it. I even made the manager aware that I don’t eat meat, but he told me he still had to make it that way if I wanted the meal deal. I was so upset driving home and realized I wanted to make a complaint to corporate but realized they never gave me my receipt.

I am only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the girl taking orders was fairly nice. I ordered an iced matcha which came out as matcha clumps with milk. I was going to order hash browns but the girl taking orders suggested loaded hash browns, which sounded good so I said yes. The cheese AND bacon were COLD. Hash browns soggy, no fork in my bag, it was a mess. They looked good but again, it tasted straight out of a fridge from how cold it was. $12 down the drain ..

There are 2 other Dunkins on my way to work but I always prefer this location. The wait isn’t long and the staff is always polite and efficient!
Ethan and Millie(?) were incredible. I'd just had a hard day at the medical facility and had a long drive home. They were very helpful, cheery, and professional. He helped me choose the best caffeinated drink for the long ride, and I truly appreciated it. I bought some bagels (it was 5:30 PM) and I felt - next morning - they were a little stale, but the service was worth it.
