Ordered Avocado Toast but received avocado bread. Advised counter staff, who 'acted' happy to make another piece but at the same time I overheard her say that I was complaining over nothing and that she was going to make it exactly the same way. Let's do as little as possible but still expect a customer to pay for sub par food. Unlike her, I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. Toast means that it's actually toasted to where it has a crunch. If I had staff like that, they would be fired. If you're going to fake it to make it, then perhaps customer service is not for you. Word of advice, don't talk loud enough for the customer to hear you or better yet, keep your rude comments to yourself! I'll spend my money at another location.

The tall Indian man (should be a manager or the owner) is so rude. He has no manners, does not know how to talk to a customer. I do shop here literally every day. There are nice, polite ladies working here in contrast to that rude man.

I decided to stop at Dunkin today because all my coworkers say it's great, but I have to sorely disagree. I paid over $5 for what I thought would be a regular coffee, it was a small coffee that was half full and tasted like burnt chocolate (it was supposed to be caramel). What a terrible value and even worse tasting product. This is gonna be a hard no from me going forward. I will give some stars for the speed of service, but slower service for better coffee would be ideal.

I've been here a few times and have loved the service and food. Today, 9/22/23, went for breakfast and coffee, but Indian guy at the window was rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. Normally, I see a young African American lady, and she has always been cordial and wonderful to speak to. Always received a good morning, Thank you, have a good day from her. If the Indian guy is the current owner/operator, then he is going to ruin customers' experience at this location. Treat others as you would like to be treated!
I don’t suggest anyone go to here ever. Worst dunkin in hagerstown. Unfortunately google makes me give one star, otherwise it would be zero!! My egg and cheese on a croissant looked like it was mangled by a gorilla in the kitchen. A lady named Anvi? Maybe Envy? started screaming at me when I complained. Everyone was so unprofessional. And why no snacking bacon? How can you be out of snacking bacon.

Best Dunkin in Hagerstown. Every worker In this shop are so friendly and make me feel like family. I also go to this one every morning my order is always correct and always ready to go when I order online. If I go in or thru the drive they are always so friendly and super fast.I just order 4 dozen donuts for myDaughter’s birthday and picked up and everything was 100% correct. Thanks for making my party great.
