OMG best freakin Coffee Shop EVER!!! So let me start from the beginning. No one wants to wake up Thursday morning at 5am to treat a sick horse. But a woman’s gotta do what a woman’s gotta do 😌. So I set out on our journey with my stepson under the dark Christmas moonlight. I swear I saw Santa on the way… anyways… we decided to try the Dunking app in hopes of finding one that was open ON CHRISTMAS AT FIVE AM. As I scrolled through the closed signs I stumbled across an open sign at Emerald Square. Reluctantly we drove for what seemed like ten minutes to the supposedly “open” dunking donuts. As we approached the beautiful building I observed the lights which shone gracefully from the inside. Excited I pulled up to the drive through, still skeptical of it actually being open. How wrong I was… the moment I pulled up to the microphone we were cheerfully greeted my Dnaval. HANDS DOWN… one of the best moments my my life. Dnaval served us our coffee with diligence and provided a very festive, light banter to keep us occupied in our already short wait- not only that… but Dnaval gave us a CUSTOM PUP-CUP FOR MY DOGGG. I was a bit teary eyed after this kind gesture. This moment absolutely MADE my Christmas morning. As we pulled out of that drive through I felt the extreme urge to write this review, almost as if my life depended on it. So… thank you Dnaval for making my Christmas the BESTEST.

Usually when I come in I’m greeted by which seems to be teenage girls who are usually very king and joyful, but recently I’ve been encountered by an Indian man who seems to be a new higher as I have not seen him before. He is just rude and can never seem to understand my order the first time. Usually asking me to repeat myself 10 different times. I have seen him be rude to the workers around him and to customers and how often he is there makes me not even want to waste my time coming in anymore. Horrible customer service and it doesn’t seem like workers are being held accountable for it.

i usually never have a issue with this location but today the lady’s that was working this morning did a horrible job! wanna have conversations with other workers why trying to take our order and kept messing up so we repeated what we wanted and they wanna get rude. still didn’t make the drinks right after we repeated it 4 times, if you are to worried about gossiping then helping your customers then maybe rethink the kind of work your doing! worse people i ever experienced at this place! need to be trained on your costumer service!

This Dunkin is by far the best Dunkin in Hagerstown. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. They are always willing to give my dog a pup cup, and my drink always tastes the best from this Dunkin.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. First of all, when I pulled up to the window, I wasn’t even greeted by the cashier. Then when I asked him where the cold foam and cookie crumbles were on my cookie butter iced latte, his manager came in and told him to put the cold foam on it (but he didn’t put the cookie crumbles in it). Then his manager handed me the drink and said that if I wanted the cold foam on top w cookie crumbles, I had to state that I wanted the “signature” cookie butter iced latte. ???? I’ve had this drink over 10 times at over 3 different Dunkin’s and when I said I wanted the cookie butter iced latte, they automatically know to put the cold foam and crumbles on top. I’ve never once heard of having to make this distinction when you order. The manager spoke to me in a condescending tone as if this misinformation was fact and was annoyed that I didn’t know this. And then when I told him I’ve never had to make that distinction at any other Dunkin, he just said “it’s okay” as if I had said “sorry” completely dismissing what I said about other Dunkin’s. Worst customer service I’ve had at a Dunkin and that’s saying a lot because they’re usually not friendly to begin with. So I ended up getting my drink with no cookie crumbles in it. DO NOT GO HERE.
