I miss the old management now its all slow and doesn't taste the same. I've had people clock out of their shifts because they dont know how to make an order.

Every time i order from here they mess up my order. When you ask for no sugar they will add extra sugar in your drinks and when you ask for 2 sugar they will make your drink with no sugar at all. It has happened to me multiple times at this location. More than half the staff doesn't understand english so you're better off going to a different location.

We went through the drive through and the women who took my order was very nice we ordered a coffee and pack of 10 chocolate munkins and they verified we wanted all chocolate. When we got up to the window a diffrent lady was helping us that was older very grouchy wearing a hat and extra head covering. We apologized and asked if we could add my daughter's small sweet tea since we forgot it. She aggressively rolled her eyes and then really started yelling at her workers calling them lazy that they weren't working hard enough with the window wide open. Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. We get all of our things and start checking them and my husband pulls forward and my donuts are wrong. We received 5 chocolate and 5 glazed. So I walked back inside to see if they could atleast change out the glazed and the gentlemen that helped me was extremely nice deeply apologized for the inconvenience and had helped with a big smile and got us a full 10 chocolate for there mistake and apologized a second time for there mistake. He is the only reason im leaving a 3 star review because honestly if it was based off the women it would be no stars.

If I could give -10 stars I would , this is the worst and most terrible Customer Service place I have ever been to. I ordered a mangonada the woman who served me didn't understood what I was ordering and wanted to charge me for a watermelon one. I told her that I didn't order that and she yelled at me. I told her that she didn't have to be rude, that I didn't tell her I wanted that, she fixed my order ,and when I got to the window to pay they told me to go park because they didn't make the order correctly. I was waiting in my car, but since they didn't come out to give it to me, I got out to get it. When I was entering in to the place, one of the workers was walking by with my drink, he gave it to me and said thank you, then I heard one of the kitchen employees yelling that I didn't say thank you to the other worker. I ignored and i keep walking because I didnโ€™t want to argue. Terrible customer service. I don't even want to go to that place again. They should train their people better because it's because of the customers that they have jobs if it weren't for us who came to buy ,they wouldn't have hours. I hope they change the manager because from what I see they already have enough complaints and they don't do anything, terrible place in Maryland. I donโ€™t recommend this place ๐Ÿ‘Ž

This place is just terrible
I ordered an ice coffee and got a cup full of ice and foam !! Like come on man if I wanted ice and foam only I would had ordered exactly what I received!! And when you ask them to fix it they look at you like if you are crazy !! Not my first time but will definitely will be the last !! Always confusion and chaos amongst staff in drive through. I placed a mobile order for a reason. Not to be asked what I ordered when I get to the window. I mostly certainly donโ€™t appreciate the older lady of middle eastern decent asking for me to โ€œshow my teethโ€ Iโ€™m assuming to smile after she clearly was confused about my order. Iโ€™ve had issues with her in the past she always works the drive through . I stopped going to this location for months. The coffee is horrible and watered down. I will continue to go to the location on professional drive.
