Got caught in a surprise snowstorm! They allowed me to hang out in the parking lot with my rental I was just learning to drive. Between the smiles and hot coffee, I stayed warm and felt welcome! Thank you!
Working for a local business we order here often. We always have multiple orders due to multiple payment types and have never had a problem until today. We always tip them well. Today, They refused to take more than one order through the drive through during the snow storm, proceeded to take forever taking the orders once inside while laughing and then messing the order up entirely. I also want to mention that I was the only person there. Both inside and drive through! Let’s just say that this business will now go to Starbucks! Sometimes just being a decent person goes a long way.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I visited on 12/31. I was at that dunking for 40 minutes for three coffees and a random assortment of a dozen donuts. After waiting 40 minutes I was given the wrong coffees and charged the wrong amount. I then had to wait in line until someone came back to the drive thru window. There was only one young lady that was kind. The other employees had an attitude. It was not even busy at the time I went. If I could give negative stars, I would .

I have been going to this DD for almost 6 years! I usually go every morning. The AM staff is AMAZING! Not so much the afternoon staff, as I witnessed today. 2 new girls there, very rude, unprofessional and, talking about a door dash customer after he left because an order he was picking up wasn't even ready! Other than that, everything else is great!

Ordered a Box of Joe and a half dozen donuts. The coffee was fully complete with cups, lids, stirrers, a variety of different types of sugar in packets, several Half n Half containers. The donuts were fresh and tasty. The service is top notch, attentive and prompt and best of all...correct. I was very happy here. Be warned though: the line of cars waiting in the Drive-Through is long and never ending. That's not from slow service but from cars continuously coming in. Highly recommend this place.
